Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling pada siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode cross sectional survei dengan studi komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Secara umum, kepuasan siswa SMA Negeri 22 Bandung terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling memiliki presentase 66.8% yang berada pada kategori cukup puas; 2) kepuasan siswa kelas X terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling memiliki presentase 70.3% berada pada kategori cukup puas, kepuasan siswa kelas XI memiliki presentase 58% berada pada kategori cukup puas, kepuasan siswa kelas XII memiliki presentase 66.3% juga berada pada kategori cukup puas; dan 3) kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan aspek kepuasan layanan berada pada kategori cukup puas di setiap aspeknya dengan masing-masig presentase yaitu tangible 67.4%, reliability 61.1%, responsiveness 59.5%, assurance 73.7%, dan emphaty 67.4%. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan bagi: 1) konselor atau guru BK, yaitu sebagai rujukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling; 2) sekolah yaitu dapat memfasilitasi kegiatan yang sudah dirancang dalam rangka bimbingan dan konseling; serta 3) peneliti berikutnya yaitu memfokuskan pada pengembangan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling khususnya ukuran harapan (expectation) dan tingkat kepentingan siswa (importance) terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling.;---The aims of research is to describe 10th grade, 11th grade and 12th grade students’ satisfaction upon guidance and counseling service in school. The research used a quantitative approach, cross-sectional survey method with comparative study. The research result showed 1) generally, students’ satisfaction upon guidance and counseling services in SMAN 22 Bandung has a percentage of 66.8% are in the quite satisfied category; 2) 10th grade students’ satisfaction upon guidance and counseling service has 70.3% percentage are in the quite satisfaction category, 11th grade students’ satisfaction has percentage 58% are in the quite satisfied category, and 12th grade students’ satisfaction has percentage 66.3% also in the quite satisfied category; and 3) students’ satisfaction upon guidance and counseling service based on service satisfaction aspect are in quite satisfied category in every aspect with each percentage of tangible 67.4%, reliability 61.1%, responsiveness 59.5%, assurance 73.7%, and emphaty 67.4%. Research recommendations are directed to: 1) Counselor or guidance and counseling teacher, that is as a reference in improving the quality of guidance and counseling service; 2) School, that can facilitate activities already designed in the context of guidance and counseling; and 3) subsequent researchers is focusing on the development of the quality of guidance and counseling services, especially the expectation and the importance of the students (importance) to the guidance and counseling services.
