Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum adannya instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja siswa pada kompetensi tenun siak membuat alas meja di SMK N 4 Pekanbaru yang valid yang dapat menilai ketercapaian kompetensi siswa. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah(1) Mengembangkan instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja siswa pada kompetensi tenun siak di SMK seni kerajinan dan pariwisata. (2) Melakukan uji kelayakan instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja siswa pada kompetensi tenun siak di SMK seni kerajinan dan pariwisata. (3) Implementasi produk instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja siswa pada kompetensi tenun siak di SMK seni kerajinan dan pariwisata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mixed method, yaitu kombinasi antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan Instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja pada kompetensi tenun siak membuat alas meja berupa rubrik penilaian analitik yang memfokuskan penskoran dilakukan secara individu pada komponen-komponen yang dinilai secara rinci yang dimulai dari proses persiapan, pelaksanaan dan sampai hasil akhir. Hasil validasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan Content Validity Rasio (CVR) dengan hasil perhitungan validasi setiap butir instrumen unjuk kerja bernilai lebih besar dari nilai CVR kritis, yaitu 0,6 dan 1,00 yang menunjukan bahwa instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja valid. Hasil uji coba I diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa melakukan proses penilaian unjuk kerja tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan sehingga ada siswa yang belum kompeten yang memperoleh nilai tidak mencapai KKM. Hasil uji coba II diperoleh hasil, siswa sudah memahami tentang rubrik dan prosedur kerja yang dilakukan dalam proses tenun membuat alas meja, sehingga hasil pencapai kompetensi siswa diatas KKM. Hasil implementasi juga menunjukan semua siswa memperoleh nilai diatas KKM dan dinyatakan kompeten. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja dapat digunakan untuk menilai ketercapaian kompetensi siswa.---- This research is motivated by not yet the instrument of student performance appraisal on the competence of weaving of Siak to make the table in SMK N 4 Pekanbaru valid that can assess the competency achievement of students. The purpose of this research are (1) Developing instrument of student performance appraisal on competence of weaving in SMK art of craft and tourism. (2) Conducting feasibility test of student performance appraisal instrument on the competence of weaving of Siak in SMK art of craft and tourism. (3) Implementation of instrument product of student performance appraisal on the competence of weaving in SMK art of craft and tourism. This research is a mixed method research, that is combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study resulted in a Performance Appraisal Instrument on the competence of weaving making table mats in the form of an analytical assessment rubric focusing on individual scans on the components assessed in detail starting from the preparatory process, the implementation and to the final outcome. Validity results are analyzed by using Content Validity Ratio (CVR) with validation calculation result of each instrument performance instrument is greater than critical CVR value, that is 0,6 and 1.00 indicating that instrument of performance appraisal is valid. The result of trial I obtained the result that the students perform the performance appraisal process is not in accordance with the time set so that there are students who are not competent who get the value does not reach KKM. The results of the second trial obtained results, students already understand about the rubric and work procedures done in the process of weaving making table mats, so that the achievement of student competence above KKM. The result of the implementation also shows that all students get the above KKM and declared competent. This indicates that the performance appraisal instrument can be used to assess the achievement of student competence.
