Abstract

The goal of motion and rhythm learning is that learners can improve physical growth and development, increase physical and health awareness, improve movement skills, enhance intelligence, foster a creative, reactive and social life. The method used in this research is single subject research with design A-B-A. Subjects in this study were students of blind class II SDLB Negeri A Bandung who experience obstacles in the ability of lateralization. The tests performed in the form of right, left, top, bottom, front and back of the test, both in concept and in motion. The results of this study show that there is an increase in lateralization ability as the effect of the use of motion and rhythm learning, it can be seen from the acquisition of mean level in each phase. The baseline phase (A-1) was 38.19%, in the intervention phase (B) 63.37% and in the baseline phase (A-2) gained 73.61%. The implication if the learning process of mobility orientation about concept comprehension using media of motion and rhythm give impact to the ability of lateralization and other cognitive ability in learners of visual impairment.
