Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembelajaran e-learning siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi pada kompetensi keahlian rekayasa perangkat lunak yang meliputi; (1) guru; (2) siswa; (3) sarana dan prasaran; (4) kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner untuk guru dan siswa berdasarkan model evaluasi CIPP, kuesioner untuk guru terdiri dari 38 pernyataan, kuesioner untuk siswa terdiri dari 36 pernyataan yang diolah seara deskripif. Subjek penelitian meliputi seluruh siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian rekayasa perangkat lunak dan guru rekaya perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program pembelajaran e-learning dilihat dari aspek guru termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rerata 3,35. Berdasarkan model evaluasi CIPP diperoleh skor kesiapan guru: (1) aspek context sebesar 84,37%, (2) aspek input sebesar 85,62%, (3) aspek process sebesar 80%, dan (4) asepk product sebesar 84,5%. Dan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran e-learning dari aspek siswa termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan jumlah rerata 3.20. Berdasarkan model evaluasi CIPP diperoleh skor kesiapan siswa: (1) aspek context sebesar 81,85%, (2) aspek input sebesar 80,67%, (3) aspek process sebesar 77,95%, dan (4) aspek product sebesar 77,75%. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan observasi menunjukan bahwa saran dan prasaran baik dan cukup lengkap untuk menyelenggarakan pembelajaran e-learning. Namun demikian masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya; tidak adanya standar baku yang dimiliki dalam pembelajaran berbasis e-learning, kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap e-learning maka dari itu tidak setiap guru dapat menggunakan pembelajaran e-learning. Adapun cara mengatasinya melalui pelatihan e-learning bagi guru dan merancang standar baku untuk pelaksanaan e-learning. --------- This study aims to evaluate the implementation of learning programs e-learning students of SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi on the competence of software engineering skills which include; (1) the readiness of the teacher; (2) the readiness of the students; (3) the readiness of facilities and infrastructure; (4) obstacles. This study is an evaluation using the CIPP evaluation model(context, input, process, and product).The collection of data through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires for teachers and students based on the CIPP evaluation model, the questionnaire for teachers consists of 38 statements, questionnaires for the students consisted of 36 statements are processed descriptive. Subjects of research include the entire class XI student competency skills of software engineering. The results showed that scores of readiness of teachers for the implementation of e-learning program e-learning included in the excellent category with a mean of 3.35. CIPP evaluation model based on the score obtained readiness of teachers: (1) The aspects context of 84.37%, (2)aspects the input of 85.62%, (3) aspects of the process by 80%, and (4) aspects of the product amounted to 84.5 %. Scores student's readiness for the implementation of the program e-learning included in both categories with a mean number of 3.20. CIPP evaluation model based on the student's readiness score obtained: (1) The aspects context of 81.85%, (2)aspects the input of 80.67%, (3) aspects of the process amounted to 77.95%, and (4) aspects of the product amounted to 77 , 75%. Based on the analysis and observation shows that preparedness suggestions and good infrastructures and complete enough to organize learning e-learning .However, there are still obstacles facing them; the absence of standards held e-learning teachers' lack of understanding of the e-learning therefore not every teacher can us e-learning. E-learning As for how to overcome them through training e-learning for teachers and designing standards for the implementation of e-learning
