Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Manajemen Layanan Praktik Kerja Industri” (Studi Deskriptif Analitik di SMKN 11 Bandung). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Perencanaan Praktik kerja industri; 2) Pelaksanaan Praktik kerja industri; dan 3) Evaluasi Praktik kerja industri di SMKN 11 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui proses wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Wakasek Hubungan Industri, Wakasek Kurikulum, Guru Pembimbing, siswa, dan Pembimbing lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Perencanaan Praktik kerja industri dilaksanakan setiap awal tahun ajaran, yang dimulai dari koordinasi Program Kerja Prakerin, sosialisasi Prakerin, penjajakan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DU/DI), pemetaan siswa, dan pembekalan Prakerin; 2) Pelaksanaan Praktik kerja industri di SMKN 11 Bandung adalah di kelas 11 dalam waktu tiga bulan dengan jumlah minimal 500 jam. Pelaksanaan Praktik kerja industri di SMKN 11 Bandung terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan, yaitu pencarian/pengajuan tempat Prakerin, penyerahan siswa Prakerin, penempatan dan kegiatan siswa di Industri, monitoring Prakerin, penarikan siswa Prakerin, dan pelaporan Prakerin; 3) Evaluasi Praktik kerja industri di SMKN 11 Bandung dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data dan laporan-laporan terlebih dahulu, yang dalam Program Kerja Praktik kerja industri disebut Evaluasi Prakerin. Data-data yang dikumpulkan terkait pelaksanaan siswa Prakerin, hasil monitoring yang sudah direkap, penilaian industri seperti kuisioner dari industri dan masukan-masukan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DU/DI). Kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui tingkat pencapaian sasaran Praktik kerja industri. Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan dalam sebuah rapat yang diikuti oleh Tim Hubin (Hubungan Industri).---- This research entitled "management of service industry work practices" (Descriptive Analytical Studies at SMKN 11 Bandung). The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) Industrial Work Practice Planning; 2) Implementation of industrial work practices; and 3) Evaluation of Industrial Work Practices at SMKN 11 Bandung. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. The subject of this research is Vice Principal Industrial Relations, Vice Principal of the Curriculum, Teacher, student, Supervisor and the supervisor of the field. The results obtained from this study include: 1) Industrial Work Practice Planning implemented every beginning of the school year, starting from the coordination of Prakerin Work Program, Prakerin socialization, exploration of Business World and Industrial World (DU / DI), student mapping, and Prakerin supplies; 2) Implementation of Industrial Work Practices at SMKN 11 Bandung is in 11th grade within three months with minimum number of 500 hours. Implementation of Industrial Work Practices at SMKN 11 Bandung consists of several activities, such as searching / filing of Prakerin Place, Prakerin Student Submission, Student Placement and Activity in Industry, Prakerin Monitoring, Prakerin Student Withdrawal, and Prakerin Reporting; 3) Evaluation of industrial work practice at SMKN 11 Bandung is done by collecting data and reports in advance, which in Industrial Work Practice Program called Prakerin Evaluation. Data that has been collected related to the implementation of Prakerin students, the results of monitoring that has been recorded, industry assessment such as questionnaires from industries and inputs from Business World and Industrial World (DU / DI). Then analyzing to determine the level of achievement of the targets of industrial work Practice. The evaluation was conducted in a meeting followed by Team Hubin (Industrial Relations).
