Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mengkaji dua variabel yaitu gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif (X) dan kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru tetap di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung sebanyak 66 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian data menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah berada pada kategori kuat, dan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah baik secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.;---This research was conducted at the Vocational High School 11 Bandung. The problems to be studied in this research is not optimal teacher performance. Directed study focuses on factors that affect the performance of teachers. The leadership style is a factor that is thought to have an influence on the performance of teachers. Therefore, the study examines two variables: the participative leadership style (X) and teacher performance (Y). This research uses explanatory survey method. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Respondents are permanent teachers at State Vocational High School 11 Bandung 66 people. Data analysis technique using regression analysis. The results of the research data indicates that the principal's participative leadership style is the strong category, and the performance of teachers at State Vocational High School 11 Bandung at the high category. Based on the results of the regression analysis, the result that the principal's leadership style both partially have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance.
