Abstract

Pentingnya penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z menjalani proses pendidikan di sekolahberhadapan dengan guru yang kebanyakan dari generasi sebelumnya seperti generasi Y, generasi X bahkan generasi baby boomers. Hal ini akan terjadi gap antar generasi dan menjadi sebuah permasalahan tersendiri apabila guru tidak menggunakan strategi yang relevan dalam mendidik. Apalagi karakteristik generasi Z yang sangat kompleks dan berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya. Tesis ini menyajikan terkait strategi guru dalam membina akhlak generasi Z dengan pendekatan kualitatifdanmenggunakan metode sampling purposeful sampling. Temuan di lapangan berkaitan dengan strategi guru PAI dalam membina akhlak generasi Z adalah melalui proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan berbagai macam metode pembelajaran PAI dan menggunakan media berbasis teknologi, pembiasaan akhlak mulia di lingkungan sekolah dan melalui komunikasi pihak sekolah dengan orang tua dalam membina akhlak peserta didik. Namun sangat disayangkan dalam menumbuhkan pembiasaan akhlak mulia belum didukung fasilitas yang memadai baik berupa bangunan maupun teknologi. Melengkapi fasilitas dan penyiapan tenaga ahli teknologi harus menjadi prioritas dalam mendidik generasi Z khususnya dalam hal pengembangan teknologi digital berbasis smartphone untuk menunjang program pembiasaan, pembelajaran maupun komunikasi sekolah dengan orang tua. Selain itu para pendidik generasi Z juga perlu dibekali dengan ketrampilan e-pedagogi, Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Akhlak, Generasi Z, Teknologi Internet, The importance of this research is that Z Generation is undergoing educational process in schools dealing with teachers who mostly from previous generations such as Y generation, generation X even baby boomers. This will occur gap between generations and become a separate problem if the teacher does not use the relevant strategy in educating. Moreover characteristic of Z generation which is very complex and different from previous generation. This thesis presents related teacher strategy in fostering the character of Z generation with qualitative approach and using purposive sampling method. The findings in the field related to the strategy of PAI teachers in fostering the character of the Z generation is through the process of learning in the classroom with various methods of learning PAI and using technology-based media, noble moral habituation in the school environment and through school communication with parents in fostering morals learners . But it is unfortunate in growing noble moral habits have not supported adequate facilities in the form of buildings and technology. Completing facilities and preparing technology experts should be a priority in educating the Z generation, especially in the development of smartphone-based digital technology to support the program habituation, learning and school communication with parents.
