Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan sintaks dan hasil belajar siswa dari menerapkan model pembelajaran pelatihan berbasis produksi termodifikasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan minat wirausaha. Penerapan model ini pada standar kompetensi menerapkan media penghantar panas. Metode penelitian dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sebanyak 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI-2 Program Keahlian Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian SMK Pembangunan Pertanian Lembang. Hasil belajar siswa diukur menggunakan tes objektif pada kognitif (pre-test dan post-test), analisis deskriptif lembar penilaian sikap wirausaha, analisis deskriptif pada penilaian keterampilan, dan lembar observasi proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran terlaksana dengan sangat baik ditunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa : (1) ketercapaian KKM pada aspek kognitif mencapai 100% pada siklus III, (2) hasil belajar pada ranah afektif dengan indikator mandiri, kreatif, berani mengambil resiko, berorientasi pada tindakan, kepemimpinan, kerja dan kerja keras mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I ke siklus II dan III sehingga sikap siswa yang terbentuk termasuk karakter wirausaha, 3) hasil penilaian psikomotor siswa melalui praktikum memperoleh kategori “terampil”. Analisis keterampilan wirausaha dengan indikator personal maturity skill, management skill, technical skill, entrepreneurship skills dimiliki seluruh siswa, sehingga seluruh siswa dikatakan kompeten karena telah memiliki seluruh aspek keterampilan berwirausaha. Hasi wawancara menujukkan adanya minat wirausaha siswa dengan aspek ukur diantaranya penghargaan sosial, tentangan pribadi, menjadi bos, inovasi, kepemimpinan, fleksibilitas, dan keuntungan, menunjukkan seluruh siswa berminat berwirausaha. This study aims to determine the enforceability of the syntax and student learning outcomes of applying the learning model modified production-based training to improve the skills and interests of entrepreneurs. Application of this model on competency standards apply heat conductive media. The research method Class Action Research as much as 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class XI-2 Program of Agricultural Products Processing Technology Vocational Agricultural Development Lembang. Student learning outcomes are measured using objective cognitive tests (pre-test and post-test), descriptive analysis assessment sheet entrepreneurial attitude, a descriptive analysis skills assessment and learning process observation sheet. The learning model very successfully demonstrated improving student learning outcomes: (1) the achievement of KKM on cognitive aspects reach 100% in the third cycle, (2) the results of study on the affective indicators independent, creative, risk-taking, action-oriented, leadership , labor and hard work have increased in the first cycle to cycle II and III so that the students' attitudes were formed including entrepreneurial character, 3) assessment of students through practicum acquire psychomotor category of "skilled". Analysis of entrepreneurial skills with indicators of personal maturity skills, management skills, technical skills, entrepreneurship skills possessed all the students, so that all students said competent because it has all aspects of entrepreneurial skills. Hasi interview student entrepreneurs showed their interest by measuring aspects such as social rewards, personal opposition, being the boss, innovation, leadership, flexibility, and benefits, showing all students interested in entrepreneurship.
