Abstract
Internet merupakan salah satu hasil dari perkembangan kemajuan teknologi yang kaya dengan informasi sehingga dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran dan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar untuk menunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena dengan hadirnya internet memudahkan mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi untuk menyelesaikan tugas terstruktur mata kuliah Cipta Boga dan terbatasnya sumber belajar berupa buku untuk menunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran baik dalam menyelesaikan tugas terstruktur maupun tugas praktek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan internet sebagai sumber belajar Mata Kuliah Cipta Boga oleh Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga PKK FPTK UPI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sampel mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga Angkatan 2013 yang berjumlah 43 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peranan internet sebagai sumber belajar Cipta Boga dalam menyelesaikan tugas terstruktur berkaitan dengan tugas analais hidangan dan analisis resep berada pada kriteria berperan, peranan internet sebagai sumber belajar Cipta Boga dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas mahasiswa melalui praktek mencipta resep spontan dan mencipta resep baru berbagai macam hidangan melalui modifikasi dan variasi berada pada kriteria berperan, dan peranan internet sebagai sumber belajar Cipta Boga dalam teknik penyajian hidangan hasil cipta resep spontan dan hasil cipta resep hidangan modifikasi dan variasi berada pada kriteria sangat berperan.;--- Internet is one of the results development of technological progress, rich with information to help in the learning process and can be used as one of the source of learn to support the success of learning. This study was done because now it’s easy to get information through the internet to help complete the task structured courses Cipta Boga and limited learning resources from the books to support the learning success in completing the structured tasks and task practice. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the internet as a source of learning Cipta Boga on Culinary Education Student in Department PKK FPTK UPI. This study uses descriptive method with a sample of Culinary Education Students class of 2013 which amounted to 43 people. The results of the study showed the role of internet as a sources of learning Cipta Boga in completing the structured tasks relating with the task analysis of the dish and the analysis of the recipe are on the criteria of the role, the role of internet as a sources of learning Cipta Boga in improving student creativity to create recipes spontaneously and recipe new dishes through the modification and variation within the criteria of the role, and the role of internet as a sources of learning Cipta Boga in the technique of the presentation of the dish is the result of creativity is spontaneous recipes and results of modification and variation recipes within the criteria a very important role.
