Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas III SDN SKG. Hal ini disebabkan karena metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru kurang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas III SDN SKG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Taggart. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas III SDN SKG dengan jumlah 25 orang. Alat pengumpulan data PTK ini terdiri dari lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar observasi keterampilan kerjasama siswa, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. PTK ini dilaksanakan dalam II siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada siklus I keterampilan kerjasama siswa berada pada tingkat tinggi dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 74,52%. Pada siklus II rata-rata persentasenya meningkat menjadi 88,00%. Ini berarti bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas III SDN SKG.;---This research backed by low cooperation skills of third grade of SDN SKG. This is due to the teaching method that applied by teacher not appropriately in learning. This study aims to describe the application of cooperative learning model type Team Games Tournament to improve cooperation skills of third grade student of SDN SKG. This research used classroom action research (PTK) method of Kemmis and Taggart model. The subject of this study are the third grade student of SDN SKG, with a total of twenty five people. The data collection tool of this study consist of observation sheet of teacher and student activity, observation sheet of the skills of student cooperation, field notes, and documentation (photo). This study was conducted in two cycles. The result of this study showed that in cycle 1 the skills of student cooperation were at a high level with the average percentage of 74,52%. In cycle 2 the average percentage increased to 88,00%. It means that the application of cooperative learning model type Team Games Tournament can improve the cooperation skills of third grade of SDN SKG.
