Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pengaruh Hasil Penyuluhan ASI Eksklusif Terhadap Kemampuan Penyusunan Menu Ibu Laktasi pada Ibu Menyusui di Puskesmas Purwakarta. Tujuan umum yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil penyuluhan ASI eksklusif terhadap kemampuan penyusunan menu ibu laktasi di Kelurahan Negeri Kidul Kecamatan Purwakarta. Tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data mengenai hasil penyuluhan ASI eksklusif yang berkaitan dengan penguasaan pengetahuan Ibu laktasi tentang ASI eksklusif, pemahaman tentang manfaat pemberian ASI eksklusif, pemahaman kemampuan menyusun komposisi makanan untuk menu Ibu laktasi, penerapan pengetahuan teknik – teknik pemeberian ASI eksklusif. Kemampuan penyusunan menu ibu laktasi yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan dalam pemilihan aspek yang diantaranya bahan makanan, kandungan gizi makanan, teknik pengolahan makanan, jenis hidangan, susunan menu ibu laktasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode statistik inferensial. Instrumen sebagai alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil penyuluhan ASI eksklusif sebagai variabel X dan tes tindakan kemampuan penyusunan menu sebagai variabel Y. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling yang disesuaikan dengan keadaan objek penelitian dalam penerimaan penyebaran sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil penyuluhan ASI eksklusif dan kemampuan penyusunan menu Ibu laktasi masing – masing berada pada kategori cukup dan hasil penyuluhan ASI eksklusif memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan penyusunan menu Ibu laktasi. Rekomendasi ditunjukan kepada Ibu menyusui, hendaknya dapat mempertahankan pegetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang sudah dikuasi sebagai hasil penyuluhan ASI eksklusif serta meningkatkan kemampuan penyusunan menu Ibu laktasi sehingga mampu menghasilkan kualitas dan kuantitas ASI. Kata Kunci: Hasil Penyuluhan, ASI Eksklusif, Kemampuan, Penyusunan Menu. The research problem is to discuss the effect of exclusive breastfeeding Counseling Results Against Development Capabilities Menu Mothers Lactation in Nursing Mothers in Purwakarta Health Center . Common goals to be achieved in this study are : to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling result of the ability of lactating mothers in the preparation of menu Kidul District of Purwakarta District Urban Village . The specific objective of this research to obtain data on the results of exclusive breastfeeding counseling related to the acquisition of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding mother lactation , an understanding of the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding , understanding ability composition of food for lactating Mothers menu , the application of engineering knowledge - pemeberian exclusive breastfeeding techniques . Ability of maternal lactation meal planning skills in relating to aspects such as the selection of food ingredients , nutritional content of food , food processing techniques , types of dishes , menu order lactating mothers . The method used in this study is inferential statistical methods . Instruments as a means of collecting data in this study using the test results of exclusive breastfeeding counseling as a variable X and test measures the ability of the preparation of the menu as a variable Y. The samples in this study using a random sampling technique that is tailored to the state of the research object in the sample spread acceptance . The results showed that the results of exclusive breastfeeding counseling and meal planning skills lactating mother respectively - each of which are in the category of pretty and exclusive breastfeeding counseling results provide a significant positive impact on the ability of the preparation of menu mother lactation . Recommendations addressed to the mother to breastfeed, should be able to maintain pegetahuan , attitudes and skills that have dominated as a result of exclusive breastfeeding counseling and meal planning Mother improve lactation so as to produce the quality and quantity of breast milk .
