    Abstract

    Pengelolaan kelas merupakan kegiatan atau usaha yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru, agar
    cerciptanya kelas yang kondusif, serta mencegah masalah yang dapat mengakibatkan
    terganggunya proses pembelajaran. Keterampilan pengelolaan kelas seharusnya dimiliki
    oleh calon guru, namun pada kenyataannya tidak semua calon guru melakukan
    pengelolaan kelas dengan baik. Pada penelitian ini peneliti membahas tentang bagaimana
    pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas yang di lakukan mahasiswa pratikan PPL di SMKN 2
    Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif
    dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode deskriptif bertujuan untuk menggambarkan suatu
    keadaan yan tengah berlangsung pada saat penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan kenyataan
    yang ada. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan penyebaran angket dan observasi.
    Adapun responden yang menjadi sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah guru PPL UPI
    serta siswa kelas X dan XI Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan. Berdasarkan
    hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hampir seluruhnya guru PPL UPI yang
    mengajar mata pelajaran produktif telah melaksanakan pengelolaan kelas sesuai dengan
    indikator seperti, peran guru ppl dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas, pengelolaan
    kondisi sosio-emosional, strategi pengelolaan peserta didik, penerapan tata tertib kelas,
    menata ruang kelas dan demokrasi kelas, pengaturan tempat duduk peserta didik, serta
    pengaturan kelompok belajar peserta didik.----------Classroom management is an activity or effort undertaken by a teacher, in order to create
    a conducive class, and to prevent problems that can lead to disruption of the learning
    process. The skills of classroom management should be owned by prospective teachers,
    but in reality not all prospective teachers do class management well. In this study the
    researcher discusses about how the implementation of classroom management in doing
    Field Experience Program students (PPL) in SMKN (Vocational High School) 2
    Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative
    approach. Descriptive method aims to describe an ongoing state at the time the study was
    conducted in accordance with the reality. The data in this study were obtained by
    questionnaire and observation. The respondents who become the source of data on this
    research are UPI field experience teachers and students of class X and XI Competence of
    Technique Drawing Building Expertise. Based on the result of the research, it can be
    concluded that almost all teachers of Indonesia University Of Education (UPI) Field
    Experience Program who teach productive subjects have implemented classroom
    management in accordance with indicators such as PPL teacher role in classroom learning
    activities, socio-emotional condition management, learner management strategy, Classes,
    classroom setting and class democracy, student seating arrangements, and group learning
    arrangements of learners.
