Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus namun tidak terlibat dalam layanan pendidikan pada setting inklusi. Orangtua hanya menyerahkan pendidikan anak sepenuhnya kepada sekolah, sehingga guru merasa sulit dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan kepada anak. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan keterlibatan orangtua anak berkebutuhan khusus yaitu dengan cara membuat program mengenai keterlibatan orangtua anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam layanan pendidikan pada setting inklusi dan menerapkan program tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu 2 orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus yang terdapat di SD X Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kondisi objektif keterlibatan orangtua anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam layanan pandidikan pada setting inklusi di SD X Kota Bandung yang sangat kurang; (2) rumusan pengembangan program keterlibatan orangtua anak berkebutuhan dalam layanan pendidikan pada setting inklusi di SD X Kota Bandung; (3) Hasil penerapan pengembangan program keterlibatan orangtua dalam layanan pendidikan di SD X Kota Bandung yang menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap perubahan perilaku orangtua terkait keterlibatan dalam layanan pendidikan.;---This research was background by the problem of parent who had children with disabilitiest but they did not get involved with educational services in inclusive setting. Parents just hand over the child's education completely to schools, so that teachers find it difficult to provide educational services to children. One of effort that could be done to solve the problem involvement paternts of children with special needs ware by making a program about the involvement from parent who had children with special needs in education services in inclusive setting and implement the program. This research used a qualitative approach an the methods that used was descriptive method. Subjects of research that two parents of children with special needs who were in SD X Bandung. Technic of data collections were through the study interview, observation, and documentation. The results of research showed that (1) the objective condition of parents involvement parents who had children with special needs in education services in inclusive settings in SD X Bandung, which is severely lacking; (2)formulation development program parents involvement in education of children with disabilities in inclusive settings in SD X Bandung; (3) the result of implementation development program parental involvement in education service in SD X Bandung which showed positive impacts of behavior change related to parents involvemen in education services.
