Abstract

Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini adalah materi ajar dan instrumen penilaian di SMK tidak akurat dalam membekali dan memastikan siswa telah memiliki kompetensi jabatan. Peneliti menawarkan solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut dengan mengembangkan produk performance assessment bidang keahlian konfigurasi mikroTik berbasis KKNI. Dengan menggunakan produk dalam kegiatan penilaian pendidikan, diharapkan dapat mengukur ketercapaian kompetensi sesuai dengan standar penilaian dan meningkatkan relevansi dari pendidikan kejuruan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Pengembangkan produk dilakukan dengan metode Research & Development. Penelitian diawali dengan merancang kisi-kisi instrumen berdasarkan analisis indikator kompetensi inti kurikulum 2013, yang digunakan sebagai pengetahuan dasar bagi siswa agar mampu mendemonstrasikan kompetensi, kemudian dilengkapi dengan indikator capaian pembelajaran KKNI dan elemen kompetensi SKKNI sebagai kriteria penilaian dari demonstrasi kompetensi siswa dalam simulasi kegiatan dunia kerja. Produk diimplementasikan terhadap siswa dalam tahap uji coba lebih luas dengan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan, keterbacaan,dan paired sample t-test, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa produk dapat menilai ketercapaian kompetensi jabatan siswa. Produk hasil pengembangan memenuhi standar instrumen penilaian dan memberikan informasi secara akurat mengenai gambaran kompetensi jabatan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dalam bidang keahlian konfigurasi mikroTik. ; Background problem in this research is the teaching materials and assessment instruments in vocational school both inaccurate in equipping and ensuring students had decent occupational competency. I offer solutions for these problems by developing performance assessment in mikroTik Configuration Expertise based on KKNI. This product expected to measure the achievement of competence in educational assessment activities in accordance with the standards of assessment and improve the relevance of vocational education to industry demand. Product is developed using the Research & Development method. Design of this product based on indicator of Kompetensi Inti kurikulum 2013, were used as the basic knowledge necessary for students to be able to demonstrate competency, then fitted with indicators of Capaian Pembelajaran KKNI and Elemen Kompetensi SKKNI as assessment criteria for demonstration of student competence in order to simulate real world experience. Product implemented to vocational school students in field test stage with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Paired sample t-test result show that product is significant to assess student’s occupational competence . This result proof that product meet the standard requirements of assessment instruments and provide accurate information regarding description of students occupational competency before and after treatment in the field of mikroTik configuration expertise.
