Abstract
Perkembangan Informasi dan teknologi komunikasi yang pesat belum diikuti dengan program pembelajaran yang bertujuan mengoptimalkan fungsi informasi untuk pengembangan diri para Tutor PAUD. Program pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi literasi TIK bagi para tutor PAUD belum sepenuhnya menggunakan pendekatan andragogi dan heutagogy. Hasilnya para Tutor PAUD belum memiliki kemandirian untuk belajar mengoptimalkan fungsi TIK dalam pengembangan diri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) kondisi objektif pembelajaran mandiri pendidikan literasi TIK, kemampuan TIK dan pengembangan diri, 2) model konseptual pembelajaran mandiri, 3) Impementasi model pembelajaran mandiri, 4) efektivitas pengembangan model pembelajaran mandiri pendidikan literasi TIK untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengembangan diri Tutor PAUD di Kota Cimahi. Desain penelitian menggunakan Riset and Development dengan subjek penelitian para Tutor PAUD di Kota Cimahi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan warga belajar membutuhkan model pembelajaran yang mengarahkan kemandirian dengan pendekatan Heutagogy untuk meningkatkan literasi TIK serta pengembangan diri. Hasil pengembangan model yang diterapkan menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan menemukan, mengkases, mengevaluasi, mengelola sampai dengan mengkomunikasikan informasi. Efektivitas model dapat dilihat dari adanya efek pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan literasi TIK sebesar 19,2 %. Dampak pada pengembangan diri sebesar 37,8%. Para warga belajar mampu memfungsikan informasi untuk pengembangan diri secara mandiri. Pengembangan model pembelajaran literasi TIK dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan pengembangan diri secara mandiri. Semakin tinggi kemampuan mengembangkan diri peserta maka semakin tinggi kemampuan literasi TIK yang ditunjang dengan kemampuan belajar mandiri.;--- The rapid development of information and communication technology has not been followed by instructional programs aimed at optimizing the function of information for the self-development of early childhood education tutors. The instructional programs to improve early childhood education tutors’ literacy have not fully employed the andragogical and heutagogical approaches. As a result, early childhood education tutors have not acquired the autonomy to learn to optimize the functions of ICT in their self-development. The purpose of this research is to find and analyze: 1) The objective condition of autonomous learning of ICT literacy education and ICT abilities and self-development; 2) The conceptual model of an autonomous learning; 3) The implementation of the autonomous learning model; 4) The effectiveness of the autonomous learning model of ICT literacy education in improving the self-development abilities of early childhood education tutors in Cimahi City. The research employed the Research and Development design with early childhood tutors in Cimahi City as the subjects. The findings show that students require a learning model that leads to autonomy with Heutagogical approach to improve ICT literacy and self-development. The result of the implementation of the developed model is increased ability in finding, accessing, evaluating, managing and communicating information. The model effectiveness can be seen from the teaching and learning effects on ICT literacy abilities for as much as 19.2%. The impact on self-development was 37.8%. The students were able to function information for self-development autonomously. The ICT literacy learning model developed in this research can improve literacy skills and autonomous self-development. The higher their self-development ability of the students, the higher ICT literacy skills, supported by autonomous learning skills.
