Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena yang terjadi yang mengindikasikan bahwa setiap calon master of ceremony (MC). memiliki kompetensi kerja yang rendah hal ini dikarenakan adanya keterkaitan antara kredibilitas instruktur dengan kompetensi peserta didik di tempat pelatihan Broadcasting School. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredibilitas Instruktur dengan kompetensi kerja MC. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 240 peserta didik DJ Arie Broadcasting School Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling yaitu sebanyak 150 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket dan wawancara. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kredibilitas Instruktur (X) dengan-sub variabel kepercayaan, keahlian dan dimika sedangkan variabel dependent yaitu Kompetensi Kerja Master of Ceremony (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukan data sebesar Fhitung (40,640) > Ftabel (1,225), H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya kompetensi kerja MC secara bersama-sama dijelaskan oleh kepercayaan, keahlian dan dinamika signifikan. Tingkat pengaruh kredibilitas instruktur terhadap kompetensi kerja MC termasuk kategori tingkat yang sedang yaitu sebesar 45,50%, dan sisanya 54,5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor variabel lain di luar penelitian. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kredibilitas Instruktur dengan kompetensi kerja peserta didik dinyatakan tinggi.;---This research was motivated by the phenomenon that occurs indicating that any candidate for the master of ceremonies (MC). have low job competence. This is because there is a relationship between the instructor credibility with the competence of learners in DJ Arie Broadcasting School. The aim of research was to determine the impact of Instructor credibility on MC job competence. The method used is the explanative method with quantitative approach. The population is 240 learners in DJ Arie Broadcasting School Bandung. The sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling of 150 learners. Collecting data using questionnaires and interview. The independent variable in this study is the Instructor Credibility (X) with a sub-variables of Trust, Expertise and Dynamic while the dependent variable is Competence of Master of Ceremony (Y). The results showed the data of Fhitung (40.640)> F table (1.225), H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning job competence of MC jointly described by the trust, expertise and significant dynamics. The level of impact of Instructor Credibility on Job Competence of MC categorized as moderate level of 45.50%, and the remaining 54.5% is influenced by other factors outside the research. This concludes that the study shows the impact of Instructor Credibility on Job Competencies DJ Arie Learners is high.
