Abstract
This study began in the results of the coach wants the test results of agility and action reaction of athletes on the placement of under pass in volleyball. The independent variable is the agility test and the action reaction test, while the dependent variable is under pass in a volleyball game. The method used in this study is descriptive method, is a method which basically looking for a picture of athlete appearances. This study was conducted on the athlete's volleyball club Sandira Cimahi. The results of this study, the agility test group had an average passing ability which showed that the number of under pass in exercise agility given tothe group is 199, with an average of 19.9, and a standard deviation of 0.66. While the number of under pass given to the group inaction reaction exercise is 197.5, with an average of 19.75, and a standard deviation of 0.95. The conclusion is the action reaction test provides a significant increase in under pass in a volleyball game. This is supported by the theories related to showing that a volleyball game has a character that is directly proportional to the exercise of action reaction that trains the stimulus response of athlete when receives the unexpected arrival of the ball from an opponent.
