Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya temuan ketidaksamaan pola didik orang tua dan guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada anak. Dampaknya anak menjadi sulit untuk membedakan perilaku baik, buruk karena berbeda standar antar guru dan orang tua. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui tentang: 1) bentuk-bentuk kerja sama orang tua dan guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada anak, 2) upaya yang dilakukan orang tua dan guru sebagai program kerja sama penanaman nilai keagamaan pada anak dan 3) faktor pendukung, penghambat kerja sama orang tua dan guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada anak. Penelitian dilakukan pada orang tua, guru dan kepala sekolah di PAUD Homeschooling Group Khoiru Ummah dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus yang mengunakan catatan lapangan, observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpul data. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Bentuk kerja sama yang dilakukan adalah: parenting, komunikasi, partisipasi orang tua pada kegiatan, keterlibatan orang tua pada pembelajaran anak di rumah, dan kolaborasi dengan masyarakat; 2) Upaya yang dilakukan orang tua dan guru dengan pembentukan pola dalam bentuk Catatan Kegiatan Harian Siswa sebagai penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan pada anak di sekolah dan di rumah; 3) Faktor pendukung besarnya motivasi orang tua dan guru. Faktor penghambat kesibukan orang tua, latar belakang pendidikan guru yang tidak linier dengan pendidikan anak usia dini. Rekomendasi ditujukan pada orang tua agar lebih aktif memberikan masukan pada guru dalam pembelajaran, guru secara rutin mengevaluasi program kerja sama, dan peneliti selanjutnya untuk meneliti pengaruh program kerja sama ini pada sikap keagamaan anak yang belum terungkap dalam penelitian ini.;--- The background of this study is the findings that parents and teachers’ teaching methods in embedding religious values in children are dissimilar. The impact of children becomes difficult to distinguish good behavior, bad because of different standards between teachers and parents. The objectives of this study are to identify: 1) the forms of parents and teachers’ cooperation in embedding religious values in children, 2) the efforts of parents and teachers as a collaborative program in embedding religious values in children and 3) supporting factors, obstacles in the cooperation in embedding religious values in children. The study was conducted on parents, teachers and principals in early childhood Homeschooling Group Khoiru Ummah, using the case study method, field notes, observation, interviews and documentation as the instruments in collecting the data. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that: 1) The undertaken cooperations are: parenting, communication, parents’ participation in activities, parents’ involvement in the child's learning at home and collaboration with the society; 2) The efforts of parents and teachers by creating patterns in the form of Students’ Daily Activities Notes, as the efforts to embed religious values in children in school and at home; 3) The supporting factors, the motivation of parents and teachers, inhibiting factors such as parents’ bustle and teachers’ educational background that is not linear with early childhood education. The recommendations are aimed at the parents that they have to be more active in providing feedback, at the teacher to regularly evaluate the cooperation programs, and the future researcher to investigate the influence of this cooperation program towards children’s religious attitude, which have not been revealed in this research.
