Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian mengenai Profil Perubahan Konseptual Siswa melalui Asesmen Formatif pada Konsep Sistem Ekskresi. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengungkap profil konsepsi awal siswa dan profil konsepsi akhir siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran yang melibatkan asesmen formatif, mengungkap proses perubahan konseptual siswa, serta mengungkap pola perubahan konseptual siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI pada salah satu SMA di kota Cimahi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk melihat profil konsepsi awal dan akhir, serta pola perubahan konseptual siswa adalah tes tertulis berupa soal pilihan ganda beralasan yang disertai dengan tingkat keyakinan siswa dalam menjawab soal tersebut. Instrumen tersebut diberikan di awal dan di akhir pembelajaran. Jawaban dari soal tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif, yaitu data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis per konsep materi sistem ekskresi khususnya organ ginjal dengan melihat persentase jumlah siswa yang memiliki konsepsi sesuai konsep ilmiah maupun yang belum sesuai dengan konsep ilmiah. Terjadi perubahan konseptual pada siswa setelah melakukan serangkaian pembelajaran yang melibatkan asesmen formatif dalam bentuk peta konsep dan diagram alir yng dilihat berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest. Selain itu, hasil dari analisis juga menujukkan pola perubahan konseptual pada siswa yaitu berubah positif sebanyak 73,53%, bertahan positif sebanyak 10,67%, berubah negatif sebanyak 9,06%, dan bertahan negatif 7,45%.---; The tittle of this study is Students ‘Conceptual Change Profile through Formative Assessment in Matrial of Excretory System. The purpose of this study is to reveal the students' initial conceptions profile and the profile of the student final conception after the implementation of learning which involves formative assessment to see their students' conceptual change process and reveal patterns of students' conceptual change. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with research subjects is eleventh grade student at one of high school in the city of Cimahi. The instrument used to see the profile of initial conception and final conception, as well as patterns of students' conceptual change is a written test in the form of multiple choice questions reasoned accompanied by a confidence level of students in answering questions. Such an instrument is given at the beginning and at the end of the lesson. The answer of the question, then analyzed qualitative data have been analyzed by the concept, especially kidney excretion system by looking at the percentage of students who have a conception of the appropriate scientific concept or not in accordance with the scientific concept. The results of this analysis showed that the conceptual changes occur in students after conducting a series of learning which involves formative assessment in the form of concept maps and flowcharts. In addition, the results of the analysis also showed patterns of conceptual change in the students which turned positive 73, 53%, standing in positive 10,67%, turned negative 9,06%, and standing in negative 7,74%.
