Abstract

Abstrak Untuk menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif, dibutuhkan penerapan model pembelajaran yang mengonstruksi cara berpikir. Model pembelajaran berbasis project mendorong siswa untuk terlibat aktif dalam menemukan konsep dan prinsip, memiliki pengalaman dan melakukan percobaan, menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir, bekerja dan bersikap ilmiah, mengomunikasikan dan melatih keterampilan proses sains mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, keterampilan proses sains (KPS) dan keterampilan berpikir creative problem solving (CPS) siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran CPS yang disisipkan pada Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Project (PjBL). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA pada salah satu SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Berdasarkan hasil uji perbedaan rata-rata N-gain kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, didapatkan bahwa pembelajaran CPS yang disisipkan pada model PjBL, secara signifikan lebih meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, KPS dan keterampilan berpikir CPS, dibandingkan dengan model PjBL tanpa sisipan CPS. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kaitan yang cukup kuat antara peningkatan keterampilan proses sains, peningkatan keterampilan berpikir CPS siswa dengan kemampuan kognitifnya. Berdasarkan angket, hampir seluruh siswa menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran CPS yang disisipkan pada model PJBL sangat membantu dalam memperbaiki cara berpikir, sehingga siswa merasa lebih mudah dalam mengusai konsep dan prinsip, bekerja dan bersikap ilmiah, mengembangkan keterampilan, dan CPS mereka.;--- To grow and develop creative thinking skills are needed the application of learning models that construct the thinking process. Project-based learning model encourages students to be actively involved in finding concepts and principles, have the experience and experiment, cultivating the ability to think, work and behave scientific, communicate, and train their science process skills. The purpose of this study to determine the increase cognitive abilities, creative problem solving skills of the students after learning by creative problem solving which is embed on project-based learning model. The subjects of this research are 11th grade students of a senior high schools in Sumedang. The method are used quasi experiment with a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Based on the test results an average difference of N-gain experimental class and control class, it was found that Creative Problem Solving which inserted on project based learning model, is significantly more effective in improving cognitive ability, science process skills and creative problem solving skill, than project based learning model without CPS. There is strong correlation between science process skills and creative problem solving skill with cognitive ability. Based on the questionnaire, nearly all of the students stated that the implementation of Creative Problem Solving are inserted on the project based learning model is very helpful in improving the way of thinking, so that students easier to master the concepts and principles, work and scientific attitude, develop skills, and they creative problem solving skill.
