Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi perilaku kepemimpinan dan learning organization di Telkom Corporate University, serta mengidentifikasi pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap learning organization. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana hasil penelitian disajikan melalui angka-angka yang memiliki makna. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Telkom Corporate University, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah perilaku kepemimpinan dan learning organization. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasar dari teori yang diusung oleh Taro Yamane, dengan presisi 10%. Alat yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner/angket. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap learning organization. Korelasi antara Perilaku Kepemimpinan dengan Learning Organization sangat kuat. Presentasi kontribusi antara Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Learning Organization berada kategori kuat. Sementara itu hasil uji signifikansi menunjukan kedua variabel memiliki signifikansi yang tinggi. Hasil uji regresi menunjukan apabila tidak ada Perilaku Kepemimpinan maka Learning Organization mendapatkan nilai 24,377. Setiap penambahan satu poin perilaku kepemimpinan akan meningkatkan nilai learning organization sebesar 0,783, artinya kenaikan atau penurunan variabel bebas akan mengakibatkan kenaikan atau penurunan pada variabel terikat dengan nilai sebesar 0,783. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Weight Mean Score (Kecenderungan Nilai Rata-rata), seluruh indicator pada kedua variabel berada pada kategori sangat baik, adapun nilai terendah pada variabel perilaku kepemimpinan ada dalam indikator perilaku kepemimpinan berorientasi perubahan, sementara pada variabel learning organization nilai rerata terendah ada pada indikator shared vision (visi bersama). Maka dari itu, rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan penguatan terhadap perilaku kepemimpinan berorientasi perubahan, karena perusahaan Telkom sebagai penyedia jasa telekomunikasi merupakan organisasi yang cenderung dinamis dan mengalami perubahan yang terus menerus. Selain itu, penting juga untuk memaksimalkan pemahaman mengenai visi bersama pada setiap elemen organisasi, karena visi merupakan pedoman gerak organisasi yang mendasar. ;---The aim of this research is to know leadership behavior and learning organization condition, and identified the influence of leadership behavior to learning organization in Telkom corporate university. This research is using kuantitative descriptive methode, where the result of the research presented by numbers that have a meaning. Subject of this research is employee of Telkom corporate university, whilst research object is leadership behavior and learning organization. Theory of Taro Yamane used for chose sample of this research by 10% precision. Tools of this research is quistionaire. Based on result analysis, leadership behavior is influence to learning organization. Correlation between them is very strong. Contribution presentation between leadership behavior and learning organization is on strong predicate. Whereas, result of significance test showed that both of variabels have high significance. Regression test showed that if no leadership behavior then learning organization still have score as big as 24,377. Every increase one poin of leadership behavior will increase value of learning organization as big as 0,783, it mean increase or decrease dependent variable will impact to increase or decrease of independent variable. By calculation weight mean score, all of indicator in both of variable have very good category. Lowest score is on leadership oriented behavior indicator in leadership behavior variabel, and shared vision indicator of learning organization variable. Need for strengthening-oriented leadership behaviors against change, because Telkom company as a provider of telecommunications is an organization that is likely to be dynamic and experiencing changes continuously. In addition it's also important to maximize the understanding of shared vision on each element of the Organization, because the vision is the fundamental organizational motion guidelines.
