Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi awal mengenai implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di tingkat SMA yang tidak sesuai dengan pedoman langkah-langkah belajar di kurikulum 2013. Permasalahan yang diangkat, yaitu : Bagaimana upaya Guru PJOK dalam memahami konsep pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013? Bagaimana upaya Guru PJOK dalam tahap implementasi pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013? Apa saja hambatan yang ditemui Guru PJOK dalam proses implementasi pembelajaran di sekolah berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013? Bagaimana upaya guru PJOK untuk mengatasi hambatan pada proses implementasi pembelajaran di sekolah tingkat SMA? Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahap implementasi pembelajaran PJOK berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan suatu fenomena yang terjadi secara alamiah yang berkaitan dengan implementasi pembelajaran PJOK berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di sekolah tingkat SMA. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dan pembahasan temuan penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dalam tahap implementasi pembelajaran PJOK berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, SMAN 1 Cililin sudah dapat menerapkan pembelajaran PJOK berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013, meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam beberapa aspek yang termasuk kedalam komponen pelaksanaan pembelajaran, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan dan permasalahan pada saat implementasi pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 dari segi kompetensi guru, kemampuan dan minat serta motivasi peserta didik, sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, dan pemerataan sosialisasi Kurikulum 2013 sebagai faktor pendukung dalam rangka mensukseskan tujuan kurikulum 2013 dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Guru PJOK masih selalu berusaha untuk mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013.;--- This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations on the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 in the learning of Physical Education and Health (PJOK) at the high school level are not in accordance with the guidelines of the steps of learning across the curriculum in 2013. The issues that are raised, namely: How to Master PJOK effort in understanding the concept of learning based on the curriculum in 2013? How to Master PJOK efforts in the implementation phase of learning based on the curriculum in 2013? What problems are there that are encountered by PJOK teachers in the learning implementation process in school based curriculum in 2013? How PJOK teacher effort to overcome obstacles in the implementation process of learning in high schools? The general objective of this study was to determine the implementation phase PJOK learning based curriculum 2013. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to describe a phenomenon that occurs naturally associated with implementation of learning PJOK based Curriculum 2013 in high schools,Based on the findings of the study and discussion of research findings we concluded that in the implementation phase of learning PJOK based Curriculum 2013, which includes planning, implementation and evaluation, SMAN 1 Cililin has been able to apply the learning PJOK based Curriculum 2013, although there are still shortcomings in some aspects are included in the implementation of the components of learning, there are still some obstacles and problems during implementation based learning curriculum in 2013 in terms of the competence of teachers, abilities and interests and motivation of learners, learning facilities and infrastructure, and the equalization of socialization curriculum in 2013 as a contributing factor in order to succeed the 2013 curriculum goals and improve the quality of education in Indonesia. PJOK teachers still always trying to overcome the obstacles encountered in the implementation of learning based on the curriculum of 2013.
