Abstract
Kota Sawahlunto merupakan kota yang berkembang dari aktivitas penambangan batubara sejak zaman Hindia Belanda.Sejak Industri pertambangan terhenti denyut kehidupan kotapun ikut terhenti. Pada tahun 2005 pemerintah mengambil langkah strategis dengan menjadikan Pariwisata sebagai identitas baru kota Sawahlunto dengan merevitalisasi bangunan bekas tambang-tambang tua yang tersebar di berbagai kawasan yang ada di Kota Sawahlunto untuk dijadikan sebagai atraksi wisata salah satunya adalah Museum Gudang Ransum Tetapi tingkat kunjungan wisatawan ke Museum Gudang Ransum mulai menurun dari tahun ke tahun, karena mulai dibangunnya attraksi wisata sejenis. Berdasarkan dengan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian mengenai upaya meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan melalui pengelolaan unsur-unsur orang (people), bukti fisik (physical evidence), dan proses (process).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh hasill kajian mengenai: (1) People (orang) sebagai pelaku penyampaian jasa di Museum Gudang Ransum, (2) Physical Evidence (bentuk fisik) dari Museum Gudang Ransum Kota Sawahlunto sebagai daya tarik wisata, (3) process (proses) dalam penyampaian jasa yang ditawarkan di Museum Gudang Ransum Kota Sawahlunto, (4) Gambaran keputusan berkunjung wisatawan di Museum Gudang Ransum Kota Sawahlunto, (5) pengaruh people, physical evidence dan process terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan di Museum Gudang Ransum. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan nusantara yang berkunjung ke Museum Gudang Ransum. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel simple random sampling. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis linear regresi berganda. Hasil pengjian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa People, Physical Evidence dan Process memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Museum Gudang Ransum. Process memberikan pengaruh terbesar terhadap keputusan Berkunjung

Sawahlunto is a thriving city of coal mining activity since the days of the Dutch East Indies. Since the mining industry stalled pulse of life, The city come to a halt. On 2005 the government take strategic steps to make the city of Tourism as a new identity Sawahlunto to revitalize the former buildings of old mines scattered in various areas in Sawahlunto to serve as tourist attractions one of which is the Museum Gudang Ransum .But the level of tourist visits to the Museum Gudang Ransum began to decline from year to year, due to begin construction of a kind travel attraksi. Based on with this then do research on efforts to increase the number of tourists through the management elements of the (people), physical evidence (physical evidence), and process (process) The aim of this study was to obtain hasill study of: (1) People (people) as actors in the service delivery Museum Gudang Ransum , (2) Physical Evidence (physical form) of the Museum Warehouse ration Sawahlunto as a tourist attraction, (3) process (process) in the delivery of services offered at the Museum Gudang Ransum (4) Description of the decision in the tourists visiting MuseumGudang Ransum Sawahlunto, (5) the influence of people, physical evidence and process against the decision of tourists visiting the Museum Gudang Ransum. This research is descriptive and verification method explanatory survey. The population in this study is the tourists who visit the Museum Gudang Ransum. The research sample of 100 people by using simple random sampling technique sampling. The data analysis technique used is the technique of linear regression analysis. Results showed that the hypothesis Pengjian People, Physical Evidence and Process give effect to the decision to visit the Museum Gudang Ransum.
