Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran di kelas X SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Bandung. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan nilai akhir siswa yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu keterampilan mengajar guru (X1), motivasi belajar siswa (X2) dan hasil belajar siswa (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat keterampilan mengajar guru, motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dan seberapa besar pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru, motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran di Kelas X SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Jumlah anggota populasi berjumlah 54 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru berada pada kategori cukup terampil, motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa tingkat keterampilan mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat.; The research was conducted at Vocational High School of Pasundan 3 Bandung. The problem under research is the less than optimal learning outcomes of tenth grade students of Vocational High School of Pasundan 3 Bandung on the subject of office automation. The phenomenon is marked by students’ less than optimal final grades. The research consisted of three variables, namely teacher teaching skills (X1), student learning motivation (X2), and students’ learning outcomes (Y). It aims to find about the levels of teacher teaching skills, student learning motivation, and students’ learning outcomes and the extent to which teacher teaching skills and student learning motivation influence the learning outcomes on The Subject of Office Automation of the tenth grade students of Vocational High School of Pasundan 3 Bandung. The research adopted an explanatory survey method. Data were collected with Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed with multiple regression. The population consisted of 54 respondents who were the tenth grade students of Office Administration Program of Vocational High School of Pasundan 3 Bandung. Based on the research results, it is found that teacher teaching skills were at the category of moderately skilled, student learning motivation was at the medium category, and students’ learning outcomes at the medium category. The result of hypothesis test shows that the levels of teacher teaching skills and student learning motivation positively, strongly, and significantly influenced students’ learning outcomes, both partially and simultaneously.
