Abstract

Pembelajaran produktif terdiri dari teori dan praktik di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung. Siswa mengeluhkan rasa sakit pada punggung, leher, pergelangan tangan, siku dan kaki saat melakukan praktik memelihara roda dan ban. Manusia merupakan patokan ilmu ergonomi. Keterbatasan manusia dalam bekerja merupakan acuan dalam meminimalisir risiko ergonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat resiko ergonomi otot-rangka siswa dalam melakukan praktik. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis posisi tubuh adalah Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi terstruktur antropometri siswa untuk mengkategorikan tubuh lalu dianalisa menggunakan metode REBA. Metode REBA menganalisis posisi leher menekuk, posisi punggung membungkuk, posisi kaki berjongkok, Posisi lengan atas dinaikkan, posisi lengan bawah menekuk, posisi pergelangan tangan menekuk. Beban angkat dari roda dan ban sepuluh kilogram. Pegangan genggaman tangan tidak bisa diterima karena pegangan tidak sesuai. Aktivitas kaki berlebihan karena jongkok lebih dari satu menit. Hasil nilai REBA antropometri persentil 5 sebesar 10, berarti tingkat resiko cidera “tinggi” dan tindakan “perlu” dilakukan perubahan untuk mengurangi resiko. Hasil Nilai REBA Antropometri persentil 50 dan 95 sebesar 12 berarti tingkat resiko cidera “sangat tinggi dan kondisi sangat berbahaya” dan tindakan “perlu saat ini juga” dilakukan perubahan untuk mengurangi resiko. Kendaraan yang tidak bisa diatur ketinggiannya membuat kondisi praktik rentan terhadap cidera. Masukan yang diberikan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan alat bantu car lift untuk mengatur ketinggian kendaraan sesuai dengan antropometri. Productive learning at SMKN 6 Bandung consist of theory and practice. During practice in maintaining the wheels and tires, the student complained about the pain on their back, neck, elbow, foot and wrists. Humans are the standard of the science of ergonomics. The limitations in human are a guidance in minimizing the risk of ergonomics. This research was conducted to reveal the risk level of ergonomics of skeletal-muscle in conducting the practice on particular subject. The Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA) method was used to analyse the position of the students’ body. This research was conducted by structured observation in order to categorize students’ body position to be then analyzed using REBA method.The REBA method analyzes the position of bending neck, stooping back, squating legs, bending legs, raised upper arm,bending lower arm. The weight of the wheel and tyre were ten kgs. The position of holding hands was not accepted due to it was unacceptable.The legs activity was overdone due to squating for over a minure. The total REBA score of antropometry percentile 5 is 10, indicating a “high risk” of injury and “necessary” action was needed soon to eliminate or reduce risk. The total REBA score of antropometry percentile 50 and 95 is 10, indicating a “very high risk” of injury and necessary action “NOW” was required to eliminate or reduce risk.
