Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam menentukan performer seni dengan menggunakan metode Brown- Gibson dan TOPSIS. Tahapan implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi tiga bagian, yaitu pertama dengan metode penilaian subjektif (kualitatif) dan objektif (kuantitatif) dari metode Brown- Gibson, yang kedua dengan penilaian objektif (kuantitatif) dari metode TOPSIS, dan yang ketiga yaitu gabungan penilaian dari kedua metode yaitu dari segi penilaian subjektif (kualitatif) metode Brown- Gibson dan penilaian (objektif) kuantitatif dari metode TOPSIS. Hasil penilaian performer yang terbesar dari perhitungan dengan metode-metode ini dijadikan sebagai solusi alternatif terbaik, kemudian solusi-solusi alternatif terbaik dari setiap bagian itu akan dibandingkan dengan penilaian langsung dari ketua komunitas seni (CEO). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari M’Slay Entertainment atau EO-Bdg berupa data penilaian yang diberikan oleh CEO berdasarkan penilaian subjektif (kualitatif) dan objektif (kuantitatif) dari setiap performer, history perform, dan data profil dari setiap anggota. Hasil percobaan dari 100 sampel data yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa 74% metode kolaborasi mampu memberikan keakuratan yang lebih baik dibandingkan metode Brown-Gibson dengan keakuratan 61% dan metode TOPSIS dengan keakuratan mencapai 69%. Kata kunci: performer, SPK, Brown-Gibson, TOPSIS The research’s purpose is to implement decision support system in selecting art performer with Brown-Gibson method and TOPSIS. Implementation phase of decision support system in this research is divided into three parts, the first with a subjective evaluation (qualitative) and objective (quantitative) from Brown-Gibson method, the second is objective evaluation from TOPSIS method, and the third is combining evaluation from both methods, namely in terms of subjective evaluation (qualitative) from Brown-Gibson method and objective evaluation (quantitative) TOPSIS method. The biggest performer evaluation result from these methods serve as the best alternative solution and then the best solutions from each part will be compared with direct evaluation value from leader of community (CEO). The data used in this research are the data obtained from M’Slay Entertainment or EO-BDG. The data consist of evaluation data from CEO based on subjective evaluation (qualitative) and objective (quantitative) from every performer, performance history, and profile data from each member. The testing results of 100 samples used data showed that 74% of collaboration method can able to provide better accuracy than the method of Brown-Gibson with 61 % accuracy and TOPSIS method to achieved 69 % accuracy.
