Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan logis matematis terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa serta mengetahui gambaran variabel penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dekriptif verifikatif, dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Kota Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 199 siswa dengan sampel 133 siswa, tehnik pengambilan data menggunakan tehnik Simple Random Sampling. Gambaran kecerdasan logis matematis dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Analisis data mengunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,482 dengan koefisien determinasi 23,23%. Artinya kecerdasan logis matematis berpengaruh sebesar 23,23% terhadap hasil belajar siswa sedangkan sisanya sebesar 76,77% di pengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan logis matematis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Saran dari penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Guru dapat mendorong siswa mengoptimalkan kemampuan kecerdasan logis matematis dengan lebih memahami kalimat matematika pada soal-soal akuntansi, dan berlatih mengerjakan perhitungan soal-soal dalam bentuk cerita, (2) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa guru dapat memberikan pengayaan dengan menjelaskan kembali materi yang dianggap sulit dan siswa berkejasama untuk belajar serta menerapkan pengayaan yang telah guru berikan. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Logis Matematis, Hasil Belajar Siswa The objective of this research to determine the influence of logical mathematical intelligence toward student learning outcomes and know the description of the research variable. Type of research is descriptive research verification with the survey method. The research population was the student of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 1 Kota Tasikmalaya, amounting 199 student with sampel 133 student used data retrieval technique by simple random sampling technique. The description of logical mathematical intelligence and student learning outcomes in middle category. Data analysis used analysis of correlation Pearson Product Moment. The research result showed correlation value of 0,482 with coefficient of determination 23,23%. This means that logical mathematical intelligence influence student learning outcomes by the number of 23,23%, and the rest of 76,77% was affected by other factors. Conclution of this research is logical mathematical intelligence have positive effect and significant on student learning outcomes in accounting. These are the suggestions of this research: (1) Teachers can encourage student to optimize their logical mathematical intelligence capabilities by having more understanding mathematic sentences of accounting question, and practicing more questions in the form of story. (2) teacher can improve student learning outcomes through extra lesson by giving more elaboration for some materials which are considered difficult and student can cooperate to learn and apply lesson which is given by the teacher.
