Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) praktikum inkuiri terbimbing pada topik sel volta dengan elektrolit dari buah-buahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu R&D (Penelitian dan Pengembangan) yang dikembangkan oleh Sukmadinata dengan langkah penelitian meliputi tahap studi pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan model. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu bahan ajar kimia, penelitian sebelumnya, sepuluh SMA di Kota Bandung, 21 siswa kelas XI di salah satu SMA di Kota Bandung, tujuh guru kimia SMA di Kota Bandung dan tiga dosen kimia FPMIPA UPI. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar analisis LKS praktikum, pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan tahapan inkuiri, pedoman penilaian jawaban siswa terhadap tugas LKS, angket respon siswa, serta lembar penilaian LKS oleh guru dan dosen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS praktikum sel volta yang ada di lapangan saat ini masih berupa LKS praktikum yang berisi instruksi langsung (cook book). LKS praktikum yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan tahapan inkuri. Tingkat keterlaksanaan praktikum menggunakan LKS praktikum inkuiri terbimbing termasuk kategori sangat kuat, dengan hasil observasi keterlaksanaan tahapan inkuiri sebesar 100%, jawaban siswa terhadap tugas pada LKS sebesar 88 % dan respon siswa sebesar 84%. Penilaian guru dan dosen terhadap LKS praktikum inkuiri terbimbing juga termasuk kategori sangat kuat, dengan aspek kesesuaian LKS dengan konsep sebesar 81%, aspek kesesuaian tata letak dan perwajahan dalam LKS sebesar 88%, dan aspek kesesuaian tata bahasa sebesar 85%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS inkuiri terbimbing pada topik sel volta yang dikembangkan dapat diterapkan di sekolah. ---------- The purpose of this study is to developed guided inquiry lab worksheet (LKS) on galvanic cell topic with electrolyte from fruits. The research methodology was used in this study is R& D (research and development) which developed by Sukmadinata, with research step are preliminary study step and model development step. Data source in this study are chemistry materials, previously research, ten senior high schools in Bandung, 21 students grade XI in one of senior high school in Bandung, seven senior high school chemistry teachers, and three chemistry lecturers of FPMIPA UPI. In this study, the research instrument that used are analysis sheet of lab worksheets, interview guides, observation sheets of feasibility for inquiry stage, assessment guidelines for students' answers to the worksheet tasks, student questionnaire responses, and assessment sheet for the worksheet given to the teachers and the lecturers. The result of this study show that galvanic cell lab worksheet in this present day is direct intruction (cookbook). In this study, the lab worksheet has been developed based on inquiry stage. Practicum feasibility level that using guided inquiry lab worksheet included into strong category with the result of inquiry stage progress observation is 100%, students answer to the worksheet tasks is 88% and student responses is 84%. The assesment from teachers and lecturers to the guided inquiry lab worksheet also included into strong category with compatibility worksheet and concept is 81%, layout and appearance aspect in worksheet is 88% and grammar compatibility aspect is 85%. It can be concluded that guided inquiry worksheet on galvanic topic that developed can be used at school.
