Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai penerapan kedisiplinan di dalam kelas di SLB Al-Fithri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Obserfasi dan dokumen tasi dengan pengujian keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu Triangulasi Teknik. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, guru peket, orang tua peserta didik dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai bagai mana peyusuan kedisiplinan, penerapan kedisiplinan, kendala dan cara menangani kendala dalam penerapan kedisiplinan serta evaluasi yang dilakukan dalam penerapan kedisiplinan di dalam kelas. Penyusunan program kedisiplinan dilakukan dengan cara penyusunan pada rapat sekolah, cara yang diterapkan dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan yaitu dengan cara pembiasaan, serta di lakukan dengan cara kontinyu setiap harinya, kendala yang dialami dalam penerapan kedisiplinan yaitu peserta didik yang lamban dalam pembelajaran dan ingatan, sehingga perlu dilakukan berulang dan terus menerus dalam menangani setiap kendala, evaluasi yang dilakukan berupa pengamatan dan pertanyaan yang di berikan terhadap peserta didik. Tanggapan guru mengenai penerapan kedisiplinan sudah dapat dikatakan maksimal karena setiap harinya peserta didik di latih dan di biasakan untuk bersikap disiplin baik di dalam kelas ataupun di lingkungan sekolah. Sedangkan menurut orang tua penerapan kedisiplinan di dalam kelas kelas dapat dikatakan cukup baik, karena sering terlihat peserta didik berdisiplin dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah maupun dirumah. Lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah sangat mendukung dan terlibat dalam penerapan kedisiplinan di dalam kelas, bahkan terdapat juga bentuk kerja sama yang di jalin dengan pihak keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar sekolah. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam penerapan kedisiplinan di SLB Al-Fithri sudah dapat di terapkan dengan baik, karena terlihat dari peserta didik sudah mengalami peningkatan dalam kedisiplinan. ---------- This study aims to describe the application of discipline in the classroom in SLB Al-Fitr. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by interview. Obserfasi and documents tation to test the validity of the data used is triangulation technique. The research subjects in this study consisted of principals, teachers, teacher peket, parents of students and learners. This study aims to describe the like where peyusuan discipline, the application of discipline, constraints and how to deal with problems in the application of discipline and evaluation in the application of discipline in the classroom. Programming discipline done by the preparation of the meeting of the school, the way it is applied in applying the discipline that is by habituation, and be done by continuously every day, constraints experienced in the application of discipline that learners are slow in learning and memory, so it needs to be done repeatedly and continuously in dealing with any obstacle, evaluations conducted in the form of observations and questions were given to the learners. Teacher responses on the application of the discipline has to be said because the daily maximum of learners in training and make it a habit to be disciplined in the classroom or in the school environment. Meanwhile, according to the parent application of discipline in the classroom classes can be quite good, as is often seen disciplined learners in learning activities at school and at home. Family environment and school environment is very supportive and involved in the application of discipline in the classroom, even there is also a form of cooperation that intertwine with the family and the environment around the school. Research shows that in the application of discipline in SLB Al-Fitr can already be applied properly, as seen from the learners have experienced an increase in discipline.
