    Abstract

    Penelitian yang berjudul Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar Komunikasi Radio ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara sebelum menerapkan model pembelajaran mind mapping dan setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran mind mapping pada mata pelajaran Dasar Komunikasi Radio. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen (nonequivalent control group design). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Teknik Transmisi SMKN 1 Cimahi dengan sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI Teknik Transmisi B sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional, dan siswa kelas XI Teknik Transmisi A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran mind mapping. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 32 butir soal yang diberikan kepada siswa di awal dan di akhir penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan (n-gain) yang lebih tinggi pada kelas yang menggunakan menerapkan model pembelajaran mind mapping dibandingkan dengan kelas yang tidak menerapkan model pembelajaran mind mapping. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping, Hasil Belajar, Dasar Komunikasi Radio The study, entitled Application of Mind Mapping Learning Model In Improving Student Results In Lesson Radio Communication Fundamentals aims to determine differences in learning results between before applying the mind map learning model and after applying mind map learning model on Radio Communication Fundamentals lesson. The method used is quantitative method with experimental design quation (nonequivalent control group). The population on this research are students class of Transmission Engineering XI at SMKN 1 Cimahi with sample are B class as a control class using conventional learning models, and A class as an experimental class using mind mapping learning model. The research instrument is a test result of learning as much as 32 multiple choice items are given to students at the beginning and at the end of the study. The results showed that there was the higher increase (n-gain) of class that apply mind map learning model than a class that do not apply mind mapping learning model.
