Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi hasil belajar siswa di kelas VA pada mata pelajaran IPS rata-rata masih dibawah KKM yaitu 88,23% dengan KKM yaitu 65. Metode yang digunakan guru masih menggunakan metode yang konvensional yaitu metode ceramah. Penelitian ini ditujukan pada penerapan model Role Playing untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Materi Menghargai Jasa Dan Peranan Tokoh Pejuang Pejuang Dalam Memproklamasikan Kemerdekaan Indonesia. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran IPS dengan menerapkan model Role Playing (2) Mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS dengan menerapkan model Role Playing (3) Mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS setelah diterapkan model Role Playing. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model kemmis & Mc.Taggart dengan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VA Semester I di SDN 3 Cibodas, Desa Suntenjaya, Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang berjumlah 34 siswa hasil penelitian menggunakan model Role Playing pada pembelajaran IPS materi Menghargai Jasa Dan Peranan Tokoh Pejuang Pejuang Dalam Memproklamasikan Kemerdekaan Indonesia menunjukan adanya peningkatan proses belajar dan hasil belajar siswa siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa 67,64 pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa 85,29 siswa yang mencapai nilai diatas KKM. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model Role Playing dalam pembelajaran IPS materi Menghargai Jasa Dan Peranan Tokoh Pejuang Pejuang Dalam Memproklamasikan Kemerdekaan Indonesia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu penerapan model Role Playing dapat menjadi alternatif dalam pembelajaran dikelas. The subjects were students of class VA Semester at SDN 3 Cibodas, Suntenjaya Village, West Bandung Regency, amounting to 34 student research results using models Role Playing on social studies learning materials Services And Its Role Leaders Appreciate Fighters Fighters Proclaiming independence in Indonesia showed an increase in the learning process and student learning outcomes the first cycle of the average value of 67.64 students in the second cycle students' average value of 85.29 students who achieve grades above the KKM. The conclusion of this study is the application of the model of Role Playing in social studies learning materials Rewarding Services And Its Role In Fighting Prominent fighters Proclaiming Independence of Indonesia can improve student learning outcomes. Suggestions from this research is the application of Role Playing models can be an alternative to learning in class
