Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan TI yang diimplementasikan di perguruan tinggi. Tingkat kematangan TI menekankan pada keselarasan strategi TI dengan strategi bisnis perguruan tinggi. Data penelitian didapatkan dari rencana strategi perguruan tinggi yang kemudian digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan TI dengan menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard. Metode IT Balanced Scorecard mempunyai empat perspektif, yaitu 1) Business Contribution, 2) User Orientation, 3) Operational Excellence, 4) Future Orientation. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran perangkat lunak yang mengimplementasikan metode IT Balanced Scorecard didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat kematangan TI pada organisasi yang menjadi objek penelitian sebesar 85.11% dengan tingkat kematangan Optimized. Nilai kematangan TI tersebut didapatkan dari nilai perspektif Business Contribution sebesar 22.50%, perspektif User Orientation sebesar 21.00%, perspektif Operational Excellence sebesar 22.61%, dan perspektif Future Orientation sebesar 19.00%. This study is aimed at investigating the level of IT maturity implemented in higher education. The level of TI readiness emphasizes on the harmonization between IT strategy and higher education business. The research data were taken from higher education strategic plan which is subsequently performed to measure the level of IT maturity by IT Balanced Scorecard method. IT Balanced Scorecard method has four perspective, namely: 1) Business Contribution, 2) User Orientation, 3) Operational Excellence, 4) Future Orientation. Based on the measurement results of software that implements IT Balanced Scorecard method showed that the level of IT maturity in the organization that became the object of study of 85.11% with a maturity level Optimized. The IT maturity value was obtained to the value of the business contribution perspective with 22.50%, Orientation User perspective with 21.00%, Operational Excellence perspective with 22.61%, and Future Orientation perspective with 19.00%.
