Abstract
Aplication of Transportation Model for Optimality Gallon Water Distribution of Axogy at CV Tirta Berkah Sejahtera Lembang research the problems of distribution Gallons water from various sources to different destinations, in such away to minimize the total distribution cost. This Model will be approached by Vogel Aproximation Method (VAM) to determine initial basic feasible solution. Then, to give an optimality test to the solution obtained is used Modified Distribution (MODI) Method. This formulation is assited by LINGO softwere where basic of formulation use Simplex method. Based on research results is be obtaine minimize cost and its allocation that should be sent to their destinations respectively. Aplikasi Model Transportasi untuk Optimalitas Distribusi Air Galon Axogy pada CV Tirta Berkah Sejahtera Lembang mengkaji permasalahan distribusi Air Galon dari beberapa sumber ke beberapa daerah tujuan. Maksud pendistribusian ini adalah untuk meminimumkan ongkos yang dikeluarkan tanpa mengurangi jumlah pengiriman, artinya semua barang yang diproduksi terkirim semua. Permasalahan ini akan didekati dengan Vogel Aproximation Method (VAM) untuk penyusunan tabel awal dan selanjutnya untuk pengujian optimalitas digunakan Modified Distribution (MODI) Method. Perhitungan dibantu dengan menggunakan LINGO. Dasar perhitungan digunakan metode Simpleks yang merupakan dasar dalam pengembangan Model Transportasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh formulasi dalam meminimumkan ongkos kirim beserta alokasi yang mesti dikirim ke masing-masing daerah tujuan.
