Abstract
Kemampuan berpikir kreatif adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan gagasan-gagasan baru dalam pemecahan masalah, sedangkan kreativitas adalah kemampuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk baru. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kreativitas kurang diperhatikan dalam proses pembelajaran di Indonesia. Hal ini diatasi dengan berlakunya Kurikulum 2013 yang bertujuan membentuk insan yang kreatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi serta menggambarkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kreativitas siswa pada konsep daur ulang limbah dalam kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa pada salah satu kelas di SMAN 7 Bandung. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif diukur melalui tes uraian terbuka. Kreativitas siswa diukur pada dua tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan menggunakan rubrik penilaian kreativitas pada tahap perencanaan dan tahap hasil proyek menggunakan rubrik penilaian kreativitas hasil proyek daur ulang limbah. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa rata-rata persentase kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui tes uraian terbuka adalah 63%, persentase tersebut menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif kategori tinggi, sedangkan rata-rata persentase kreativitas siswa melalui penilaian proyek daur ulang limbah adalah 76% yang dikelompokkan ke dalam kelompok kemampuan tinggi. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kreativitas Creative thinking ability is an ability to give some new ideas in problem solving, whereas creativity is an ability to produce a new product. In Indonesia, creative thinking ability and creativity is not paid attention enough in learning process. That problem is exceeded by Curriculum 2013 which has been held in order to make human become creative. The purposes of this research are to identify and to describe creative thinking and creativity of students on waste recycling concept in Curriculum 2013. The research method which is used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The samples are all students in a class at SMAN 7 Bandung. Creative thinking ability is measured by open-ended test. The student’s creativity is measured at two steps, those are the planning step using creativity rubric assessment of planning stage and the product of project using creativity rubric assessment of waste recycling product. The results of this research are the mean percentage of creative thinking ability through open-ended test is 63%, that percentage indicates high creative thinking ability, while the mean percentage of creativity through waste recycling project assessment is 76% which is categorized in high ability.
