    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pendidikan gerak berbasis permainan terhadap peningkatan pola gerak dasar siswa kelas IV SDN Puncak Raya. Latar belakang penelitian diambil dari pentingnya keterampilan gerak dasar sebagai fondasi utama perkembangan motorik anak sekolah dasar, yang meliputi keterampilan lokomotor, non-lokomotor, dan manipulatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest, melibatkan 20 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan gerak dasar adalah Test of Gross Motor Development Third Edition (TGMD-3). Data dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, Paired Samples t-Test, dan perhitungan N-Gain untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pendidikan gerak berbasis permainan memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pola gerak dasar siswa, terutama pada aspek koordinasi, kecepatan, keseimbangan, dan keterampilan manipulatif. Selain itu, model ini terbukti mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan, meningkatkan motivasi, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK. This study aims to determine the effect of a game-based movement education model on improving the fundamental movement patterns of fourth-grade students at SDN Puncak Raya. The background of this research is based on the importance of fundamental movement skills as the main foundation of motor development in elementary school children, which include locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative skills. The research method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest design, involving 20 students selected through purposive sampling. The instrument used to measure fundamental movement skills was the Test of Gross Motor Development Third Edition (TGMD-3). Data were analyzed using a normality test, Paired Samples t-Test, and N-Gain calculation to identify learning improvement. The findings revealed that the application of the game-based movement education model had a significant positive effect on improving students’ fundamental movement patterns, particularly in coordination, speed, balance, and manipulative skills. In addition, this model proved effective in creating a more enjoyable learning atmosphere, enhancing motivation, and encouraging active student participation in physical education learning.
