    Abstract

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran umum terkait “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Cicendo”. Pentingnya kepemimpinan instruksional yang harus di jalankan oleh kepala sekolah agar dapat menjadi panduan untuk meningkatkan kinerja menagajar guru dan untuk menilai seberapa besar kontribusi kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatitf dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelin (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 guru. Dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu total keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 78 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SmartPLS Statistics Version 4.0. Pada hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,568 yang berarti bahwa kepemimpinan instruksional memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Adapun perolehan koefisien determinasi dari hubungan kepemimpinan instruksional dapat menjelaskan kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 32,3%, dan faktor lainnya sebesar 67,7% tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Pada uji signifikansi atau probabilitas diperoleh nilai p values sebesar 0,00<0,05, serta t statistics sebesar 9,848>1,96. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ha diterima yakni terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Cicendo. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi secara rutin agar kinerja mengajar guru dapat terpantau dengan baik dan diharapkan stabil bahkan terus mengalami peningkatan kearah yang lebih baik. This study aims to obtain an overview of the “Effect of Principal Instructional Leadership on Teacher Teaching Performance in Public Elementary Schools in Cicendo District”. The importance of instructional leadership that must be carried out by the principal so that it can be a guide to improving teacher teaching performance and to assess how much the principal's instructional leadership contributes to teacher teaching performance. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The population in this study were 78 teachers. By using a saturated sample, namely the total population of 78 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data processing technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). Data processing in this study used the help of the SmartPLS Statistics Version 4.0 program. In the results of the study obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.568 which means that instructional leadership has a positive influence on teacher teaching performance. The coefficient of determination of the instructional leadership relationship can explain teacher teaching performance by 32.3%, and other factors of 67.7% are not explained in this study. The significance or probability test obtained p values of 0.00 <0.05, and t statistics of 9.848> 1.96. The conclusion in this study is that Ha is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between Principal Instructional Leadership on Teacher Teaching Performance in Public Elementary Schools in Cicendo District. The recommendation of this study is to improve monitoring and evaluation activities on a regular basis so that the teaching performance of teachers can be monitored properly and is expected to be stable and even continue to improve towards a better direction.
