    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kendala yang terdapat pada penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) Sekolahan.id di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Masalah ini penting untuk diatasi, karena apabila terus dibiarkan maka akan berdampak pada tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap user satisfaction, pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap user satisfaction, dan pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap user satisfaction. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket dengan sampel 106 siswa kelas XII MPLB di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deksriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, dengan persentase sebesar 87,2%. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis penelitian, tingkat keeratan hubungan antar variabel berada pada kategori kuat atau sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian, perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use dapat dikatakan mampu memberikan peranan dalam meningkatkan user satisfaction. The problem addressed in this study is the challenges encountered in the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) Sekolahan.id at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This issue is important to address, as it may negatively impact user satisfaction if left unresolved. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of perceived usefulness on user satisfaction, perceived ease of use on user satisfaction, and the combined effects of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on user satisfaction. The research method employed in this study is an explanatory survey using a quantitative approach. Research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 106 grade XII MPLB students at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The results indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction, with a percentage of 87,2%. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing, the strength of the relationship between variables falls into the strong or very high category. Thus, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use can be said to play a role in enhancing user satisfaction.
