Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai minat belajar, sumber belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa, serta menganalisis pengaruh minat belajar dan sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket skala Likert kepada seluruh populasi, yaitu 81 siswa kelas XI. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar dan sumber belajar siswa berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan hasil belajar berada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari minat belajar dan sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan minat dan ketersediaan sumber belajar yang memadai berperan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan belajar siswa. This research is motivated by the suboptimal learning outcomes of 11th-grade students in the Office Management and Business Services Expertise Program in Office Technology at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. This study aims to obtain an overview of student learning interests, learning resources, and learning outcomes, and to analyze the influence of learning interests and learning resources on learning outcomes. This research used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to the entire population, namely 81 11th-grade students. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the relationships and influences between variables. The results indicate that student learning interests and learning resources are in the very high category, while learning outcomes are in the high category. There is a positive and significant influence of learning interests and learning resources on student learning outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. These findings confirm that increasing learning interest and the availability of adequate learning resources play a crucial role in supporting student learning success.
