Abstract
Rendahnya tingkat partisipasi lanjutan pengguna pada platform Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) wajar.id menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai kualitas konten yang disajikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pengguna terhadap konten MOOCs wajar.id dengan meninjau tiga aspek utama yaitu kualitas konten, kualitas informasi, dan kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling dari pengguna yang pernah mengikuti pembelajaran di wajar.id. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup berbasis skala likert dengan 21 butir pernyataan, dilengkapi observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran objektif mengenai persepsi responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pengguna terhadap konten MOOCs wajar.id secara umum berada pada kategori positif. Konten dinilai sistematis, relevan, serta diperbarui sesuai kebutuhan. Informasi yang disajikan dianggap jelas, lengkap, dan mudah dipahami. Selain itu, platform dipandang mudah diakses kapan saja dengan antarmuka yang ramah pengguna. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa wajar.id telah memenuhi harapan pengguna dalam hal kualitas konten, informasi, dan aksesibilitas. Meski demikian, masih diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna secara berkelanjutan. The low level of continued user participation on the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) platform wajar.id raises questions about the quality of the content provided. This study aims to analyze users’ perceptions of wajar.id MOOCs content by examining three main aspects, namely content quality, information quality, and ease of use. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling from users who had previously participated in learning on wajar.id. The research instrument consisted of a closed-ended likert scale questionnaire with 21 items, complemented by observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to provide an objective overview of respondents’ perceptions. The results show that users’ perceptions of wajar.id MOOCs content are generally categorized as positive. The content was considered systematic, relevant, and regularly updated according to needs. The information provided was perceived as clear, comprehensive, and easy to understand. In addition, the platform was regarded as accessible at any time with a user-friendly interface. These findings indicate that wajar.id has met user expectations in terms of content quality, information, and accessibility. Nevertheless, further development is still required to enhance continuous user engagement.
