Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada elemen gambar dan konstruksi utilitas gedung di SMKN 7 Baleendah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas XI jurusan DPIB, yaitu XI DPIB 1 sebagai kelas kontrol (36 Peserta didik) dan XI DPIB 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen (33 Peserta didik). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, angket daya dukung peserta didik terhadap PjBL, serta pretest dan posttest. Hasil observasi menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yang mencapai skor rata-rata 88%, yang dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil angket menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 76,6% dari lima indikator, menandakan respons positif Peserta didik terhadap model PjBL. Pada aspek hasil belajar, nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen meningkat dari 78,03 menjadi 98,33 sedangkan kelas kontrol meningkat dari 73,33 menjadi 93,89. Berdasarkan analisis N-Gain, kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,70 (kategori tinggi), dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,64 (kategori sedang). Untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan hasil belajar antara kedua kelompok, digunakan uji non-parametrik Mann-Whitney U. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan Zhitung diperoleh sebesar 9,153 lebih besar dari Ztabel 1,96. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan tersebut signifikan secara statistik. Dengan demikian, penerapan model PjBL terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Peserta didik, khususnya pada elemen Gambar dan Konstruksi Utilitas Gedung. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of project-based learning implementation in improving learning outcomes in the elements of building drawings and construction utilities at SMKN 7 Baleendah. The research method used was a quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes of XI DPIB majoring in Building modelling and information design, namely XI DPIB 1 as the control class (36 students) and XI DPIB 2 as the experimental class (33 students). Data collection techniques included observation of learning implementation, questionnaires on student support for PjBL, and pretest and posttest. The observation results showed that the implementation of learning who achieved an average score 88% which was categorized as very good. The questionnaire results showed an average score of 76,6% of five indicators, indicating a positive response from students to the PjBL model. In terms of learning outcomes, the average value of the experimental class increased from 78,03 to 98,33 while the control class increased from 73,33 to 93,89. Based on the N-Gain analysis, the experimental class obtained an average value of 0,70 (high category), and the control class was 0,64 (medium category). To determine the significance of the difference in learning outcomes between the two groups, the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test was used. The test results showed that Z count was obtained at 9,153 greater than Z table 1,96. This indicates that the difference is statistically significant. Thus, the application of the PjBL model is proven to be more effective than conventional learning in improving student learning outcomes, especially in the elements of Drawing and Construction and Building Utilities.
