    Abstract

    Putri Azahra Mahira (2106866). Pengaruh Psychological Capital dan Dukungan Rekan Kerja terhadap Problem Focused Coping dalam Menangani ABK pada Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Serang. Skripsi. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital dan dukungan rekan kerja terhadap problem focused coping dalam menangani ABK pada guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 70 guru SD di Kota Serang yang memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani ABK. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Skala Problem Focused Coping milik Desiavi H., B. A., & Siswati, S. (2020) untuk mengukur problem focused coping, Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Desiavi H., B. A., & Siswati, S. (2020) untuk mengukur psychological capital, dan Co-Worker Support Scale (CWSS) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Prihatsanti (2021) untuk mengukur dukungan rekan kerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif psychological capital terhadap problem focused coping, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dukungan rekan kerja terhadap problem focused coping, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif psychological capital dan dukungan rekan kerja terhadap problem focused coping. This research aims to determine the influence of psychological capital and co-worker support on problem focused coping in dealing with special needs students among elementary school teachers in Serang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The research sample consists of 70 elementary school teachers in Serang City who have experience in handling special needs students. The instruments used in this research include the Problem Focused Coping Scale by Desiavi H., B.A., & Siswati, S. (2020) to measure problem focused coping, the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) adapted by Desiavi H., B.A., & Siswati, S. (2020) to measure psychological capital, and the Co-Worker Support (CWSS), which has been adapted by Prihatsanti (2021) to measure co-worker support. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive influence of psychological capital on problem-focused coping, (2) there is a positive influence of co-worker support on problem-focused coping, and (3) there is a positive influence of psychological capital and co-worker support on problem-focused coping.
