    Abstract

    Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam ranah kognitif pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Data menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sumatif Akhir Semester (SAS) siswa kelas IV masih berada di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang ditetapkan sebesar 70, dengan rentang nilai antara 50 hingga 67. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbantuan media sound slide terhadap hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa sekolah dasar dan mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model Numbered Head Together (NHT) dengan siswa kelas kontrol yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model Think Pair Share (TPS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimental tipe nonequivalent control group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang berjumlah 36 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar kognitif dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian analisis regresi pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 75% menunjukkan bahwa model Numbered Head Together (NHT) berbantuan media sound slide memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa. Hasil uji N-gain menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase 61,57% dan dinyatakan cukup efektif, sedangkan kelas kontrol berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 31,85% dan dinyatakan tidak efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbantuan media sound slide lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan model Think Pair Share (TPS). ----- The low academic performance of students in the cognitive domain in the subject of Citizenship Education (PKn) serves as the background for this research. Data shows that the Final Semester Summative Assessment (SAS) scores of fourth-grade students are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set at 70, with scores ranging from 50 to 67. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model assisted by sound slide media on the cognitive learning outcomes of elementary school students and to identify the improvement in cognitive learning outcomes of the eksperimental class students who received instruction using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model compared to the control class students who received instruction using the Think Pair Share (TPS) model. The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-eksperimental design of the nonequivalent control group type. The subjects in this study are 36 fourth-grade elementary school students. The instruments used were cognitive learning outcome tests and observation sheets. The results of the regression analysis in the eksperimental class of 75% indicate that the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model assisted by sound slide media has an impact on students' cognitive learning outcomes. The N-gain test results show that the improvement in student learning outcomes in the eksperimental class falls into the moderate category with a percentage of 61.57% and is considered quite effective, whereas the control class falls into the low category with a percentage of 31.85% and is considered ineffective. This shows that learning using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model with sound slide media is more effective compared to the Think Pair Share (TPS) model.
