    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan karena rendahnya kemampuan siswa sekolah dasar dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an khususnya pada surah An-Naba, serta terbatasnya metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Tabarak berbantuan media flashcard terhadap kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an siswa kelas IV SDN Maracang Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 siswa dengan instrument yang digunakan berupa pre-test, post-test, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pre-test pada siswa adalah 47,98 dan meningkat menjadi 68,21 pada post-test. Uji t berpasangan atau paired sample t-test menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar p < 0,001 yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,014 dan R square sebesar 0,174 yang berarti metode Tabarak berbantuan flashcard berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an siswa. Hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan rata-rata peningkatan 40,5% yang termasuk kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, metode Tabarak berbantuan flashcard terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an siswa sekolah dasar, meskipun efektivitasnya masih dapat ditingkatkan dengan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih bervariasi. ----- This study was initiated due to the inadequate Qur’anic memorization profiency observed among elementary school students to memorize the Qur’an, particulary surah An-Naba, as well as the limited variety of teaching methods used in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This research aimed to investigate the influence of implementing the Tabarak method supported by flashcards media on the Qur’anic memorization skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Maracang. This study utilized a pre-experimental approach with specifically employing a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample was composed of 34 students with data collected through pre-tests, post-tests, and observations. The result showed that the mean score of pre-test score was 47,98 which was increased to 68,21 in the post-test. The paired sample t-test yielded a significance p (value) < 0,001 indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results. The simple linear regression analysis showed a significance value of 0,014 and a R square of 0,174 indicating that the Tabarak method assisted by flashcards had a significant effect on student’s Qur’an memorization ability. The N-Gain test showed an average improvement of 40,5% which falls into the moderate category. Therefore, the Tabarak method assisted by flashcards is proven to be effective in enhancing elementary school students’s ability to memorize the Qur’an although it’s effectiveness can still be improved through more varied instructional strategies.
