Abstract
Dampak negatif yang signifikan dari perilaku perundungan di sekolah terhadap perkembangan psikologis, sosial, dan emosional siswa, khususnya dalam menurunkan rasa percaya diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya penguatan karakter percaya diri siswa korban perundungan, dengan fokus pada siswa pindahan di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Daarul Adab, Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan karakter percaya diri siswa korban perundungan membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang mencakup intervensi berbasis self-efficacy, dukungan sosial dari guru dan orang tua, serta lingkungan belajar yang inklusif. Pendekatan-pendekatan ini mampu memfasilitasi pemulihan kepercayaan diri siswa melalui program pendidikan karakter, pelatihan keterampilan sosial, dan konseling kelompok. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan dalam aspek pengelolaan emosi, keberanian menghadapi tantangan, serta kemampuan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi pendidikan karakter ke dalam kurikulum, penyediaan layanan konseling, serta pembentukan komunitas pembelajaran yang suportif merupakan strategi kunci dalam membangun karakter percaya diri siswa korban perundungan. Bullying in the school environment can significantly negatively impact students' psychological, social, and emotional development, particularly by reducing their self-confidence. This study aims to analyze efforts to strengthen the self-confidence character of students who are victims of bullying, focusing on transfer students at the Community Learning Center (PKBM) Daarul Adab, Bandung City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings show that strengthening the self-confidence character of students who are victims of bullying requires a holistic approach that includes self-efficacy-based interventions, social support from teachers and parents, and an inclusive learning environment. These approaches facilitate the recovery of students' self-confidence through character education programs, social skills training, and group counseling. Moreover, students also showed significant progress in emotional regulation, courage in facing challenges, and the ability to adapt to new environments. This study concludes that integrating character education into the curriculum, providing counseling services, and establishing supportive learning communities are key strategies for building the self-confidence of students who are victims of bullying.
