    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa program sarjana di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Serta mengidentifikasi persepsi, kendala, tantangan, dan kontribusinya terhadap proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data dari mahasiswa melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence telah dimanfaatkan secara luas oleh mahasiswa untuk membantu proses pembelajaran, seperti menyelesaikan tugas akademik, meningkatkan pemahaman materi, mempercepat proses belajar, personalisasi pembelajaran dan peningkatan motivasi belajar. Namun, terdapat kendala dalam literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta isu privasi data yang mempengaruhi optimalisasi teknologi ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan literasi digital, penguatan infrastruktur teknologi, dan penerapan kebijakan perlindungan data untuk memaksimalkan potensi Artificial Intelligence dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan strategi integrasi Artificial Intelligence yang lebih efektif dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi di UPI. Kesimpulan penelitian ini diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan literasi digital khususnya dalam pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui Artificial Intelligence dengan mengatasi kendala dalam kesenjangan akses teknologi dan pemahaman Artificial Intelligence secara merata. Dengan pendekatan holistik Artificial Intelligence mampu menjadi pendorong utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran inklusif dan berbasis teknologi. Kata Kunci: Artificial Intelligence, Pemanfaatan, Pembelajaran This research aim of this study is to describe the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in undergraduate students' learning at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) and to identify students' perceptions, challenges, obstacles, and contributions of AI to the learning process. This research employs a quantitative approach using a descriptive survey method by collecting data from students through a questionnaire. The findings indicate that Artificial Intelligence has been widely utilized by students to support the learning process, such as completing academic assignments, enhancing material comprehension, accelerating learning, personalizing education, and increasing learning motivation. However, there are challenges related to digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, and data privacy issues that affect the optimal use of this technology. This study recommends improving digital literacy training, strengthening technological infrastructure, and implementing data protection policies to maximize the potential of Artificial Intelligence in education. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective AI integration strategies in higher education at UPI. The conclusion of this study highlights the need to enhance digital literacy, particularly in the use of Artificial Intelligence. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia has great potential to improve the quality of learning through AI by addressing challenges related to technological access gaps and equal understanding of Artificial Intelligence. With a holistic approach, Artificial Intelligence can serve as a key driver in creating an inclusive and technology-based learning environment.
