    Abstract

    Dalam lingkup pendidikan jasmani, kebugaran jasmani adalah kesanggupan untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari- hari dengan penuh kesadaran, yang dilakukan tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berarti serta dapat terhindar dari penyakit kurang gerak (hipokinetik). Dengan demikian dalam upaya mengoptimalkan segala kemampuan yang dimiliki anak usia dini, seharusnya setiap pendidikan anak sekolah dasar memahami setiap tahapan perkembangan dan pertumbuhannya karena upaya harus berdasarkan pada tahapan tumbuh kembang anak agar mencapai hasil yang optimal. Satu satunya cara untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani anak usia dini adalah melalui kegiatan olahraga yang teratur dan sesuai dengan keadaan tubuh tiap individu. Pendidikan Jasmani mengenalkan olahraga di luar ruangan salah satunya panjat dinding yang dibagi menjadi beberapa kategori salah satunya bouldering, manfaatnya meliputi peningkatan kesehatan dan kebugaran yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan seperti kekuatan dan daya tahan otot, keseimbangan, dan koordinasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bouldering terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak sekolah dasar, dengan instrumen penelitian Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui metode penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan sebanyak 12 kali pertemuan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 10 orang siswa Ganesha Climbing Club. Hasil yang di dapat dalam hipotesis pertama diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0.05 artinya Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari keputusan tersebut bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara tes awal dan tes akhir artinya terdapat pengaruh aktivitas bouldering terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis keberpengaruhan menggunakan uji paired simple T-Test maka aktivitas bouldering memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak sekolah dasar. In the scope of physical education, physical fitness is the ability to carry out daily activities with full awareness, which is carried out without experiencing significant fatigue and can avoid sedentary diseases (hypokinetics). Thus, in an effort to optimize all the abilities possessed by early childhood children, every elementary school child should understand every stage of their development and growth because the efforts they make must be based on the stages of the child's growth and development in order to achieve optimal results. The only way to improve the physical fitness of young children is through regular sports activities that are appropriate to each individual's body condition. Physical education introduces outdoor sports, one of which is wall climbing which is divided into several categories, one of which is bouldering. The benefits include improving health and fitness related to skills such as muscle strength and endurance, balance and coordination. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of bouldering on the physical fitness level of elementary school children. By using the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) research instrument. This research was carried out using experimental research methods conducted in 12 meetings. The sample for this research was 10 Ganesha Climbing Club students. The results obtained in the first hypothesis show that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted. The conclusion from this decision is that there is a difference between the initial test and the final test, meaning that there is an influence of bouldering activities on the physical fitness level of elementary school children. Based on the results of data analysis using influence analysis using the paired simple T-Test, bouldering activities have an influence on the physical fitness level of elementary school children.
