    Abstract

    Penelitian ini membahas masalah Hybrid Flowshop Scheduling (HFS), yaitu masalah penjadwalan produksi yang melibatkan beberapa tahap pemrosesan dengan mesin paralel di setiap tahapnya, dengan tujuan utama meminimalkan makespan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Algoritma Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO), yang meniru perilaku beburu serigala abu-abu, diimplementasikan untuk menyelesaikan masalah HFS dengan cara merepresentasikan setiap serigala dalam populasi sebagai solusi kandidat berupa urutan penjadwalan. Proses optimasi dilakukan dengan memperbarui posisi serigala berdasarkan serigala alpha, beta, dan delta, serta mengevaluasi solusi menggunakan fungsi objektif berupa makespan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa GWO mampu mengurangi makespan dari 2660 menit menjadi 2505 menit, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi penjadwalan.

    This research studies a Hybrid Flowshop Scheduling (HFS) problem, that is a production scheduling problem involving multiple processing stages with parallel machines at each stage to minimize makespan. The Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) algorithm, which mimics the hunting behavior of gray wolves, is implemented to solve the problem by representing each wolf in the population as a candidate solution. The optimization process is carried out by updating the wolves’s positions based on the alpha, beta, and delta wolves and evaluating solutions using the objective function, which is the makespan. The implementation results show that GWO successfully reduces the makespan from 2660 to 2505 minutes.
