Abstract
Experiential learning has become one of the innovations in meeting the current needs of the education sector. The implementation of experiential learning must be thoroughly understood by all parties involved in the learning process. This study aims to describe the stages of the experiential learning method as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation in Microsoft Office computer training at LKP Karya Duta Education. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that: 1) participants utilized Microsoft Office features through practical tasks (concrete experience), reflected on challenges (reflection observation), connected theory with practice (abstract conceptualization), and applied theory in complex tasks (active experimentation); 2) training using the experiential learning method enhanced participants' skills and confidence by providing clear theoretical explanations, followed by hands-on practice relevant to their work; 3) despite scheduling challenges, the available facilities supported the learning process optimally, and participants experienced competency improvements, even gaining internship and employment opportunities after the training.
