Abstract

Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu ditemukan kesulitan yang menjadi tantangan guru dalam implementasi model project-based learning yang mencakup alokasi waktu yang kurang, keterbatasan alat & bahan, serta guru yang belum mengenal sintaks dari model project-based learning. Sementara hasil penelitian pendahuluan menunjukan bahwa kesulitan yang menjadi tantangan guru dalam penerapan model project-based learning mencakup alokasi waktu yang terbatas, pengawasan keterlibatan individu dalam proyek, dan penentuan aktivitas belajar yang mengintegrasikan tujuan pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran dengan tujuan pembelajaran dalam proyek. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kesulitan yang menjadi tantangan bagi guru dalam implementasi model project-based learning di setiap sekolah. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada permasalahan bagaimana implementasi model project-based learning di Sekolah Alam Kabupaten Bogor pada satuan pendidikan sekolah dasar diterapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi model project-based learning di Sekolah Alam tersebut, dengan meneliti pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian proses pembelajaran, dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik, terutama dalam konteks Sekolah Alam yang unik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan mixed method, memadukan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, menggunakan metode survey pada pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode studi kasus pada pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 3 lembaga Sekolah Alam yang berada di Kabupaten Bogor dan 404 peserta didik dari 3 lembaga tersebut. Proses pengumpulan data di lapangan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 80 peserta didik dari 3 lembaga Sekolah Alam yang di dasarkan pada kriteria tertentu dengan teknik purposive sampling kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus dari Yamane dalam pengambilan sampel tersebut. Pengumpulan data juga dilakukan dengan studi dokumen dan wawancara kepada total jumlah 9 guru berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dari 3 lembaga Sekolah Alam yaitu Sekolah Alam Bogor, Sekolah Alam Cikeas, dan Sekolah Alam Indonesia Cibinong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model project-based learning di Sekolah Alam telah menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan standar proses pendidikan dalam aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian proses pembelajaran namun belum sempurna sesuai dengan kaidah. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada adaptasi model project-based learning dalam konteks Sekolah Alam, di mana pembelajaran berbasis proyek diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai 7 prinsip penghijauan dan keterlibatan aktif komunitas dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Based on previous research, it was found that difficulties faced teachers in implementing the project-based learning model, which included insufficient time allocation, limited tools & materials, and teachers who were not familiar with the syntax of the project-based learning model. Meanwhile, preliminary research results show that the difficulties that challenge teachers in implementing the project-based learning model include limited time allocation, monitoring individual involvement in projects, and determining learning activities that integrate learning objectives in subjects with learning objectives in projects. This shows that there are differences in difficulties that become challenges for teachers in implementing the project-based learning model in each school. This research focuses on the problem of how to implement the project-based learning model at the Bogor Regency Natural School in elementary school education units. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the project-based learning model at the Natural School, by examining aspects of learning planning, learning implementation, assessment of the learning process, and the challenges faced by educators, especially in the unique context of the Natural School. This research was conducted using a mixed method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, using survey methods in the quantitative approach and case study methods in the qualitative approach. This research involved 3 Natural School institutions in Bogor Regency and 404 students from these 3 institutions. The data collection process in the field used questionnaires for 80 students from 3 Natural School institutions which were based on certain criteria using a purposive sampling technique and then calculated using Yamane's formula for sampling. Data collection was also carried out by document study and interviews with a total of 9 teachers based on certain criteria from 3 Natural School institutions, namely Bogor Natural School, Cikeas Natural School, and Cibinong Indonesian Natural School. The research results show that the implementation of the project-based learning model at the Alam School has shown conformity with educational process standards in the aspects of planning, implementation and assessment of the learning process but is not yet perfect in accordance with the rules. The novelty of this research lies in the adaptation of the project-based learning model in the context of the Nature School, where project-based learning is integrated with the values of the 7 principles of greening and the active involvement of the community in the implementation process.
