Abstract

ABSTRAK Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum nasional di Indonesia yang bertujuan mendukung pemulihan pembelajaran pasca-pandemi dan mempercepat pendidikan agar sejajar dengan negara lain. Kurikulum ini diterapkan pada semua mata pelajaran, termasuk dasar-dasar kuliner, khususnya pada elemen Proses Bisnis Industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Perwira Bangsa Depok, dengan fokus pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran Proses Bisnis Industri Kuliner. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka selama September hingga Oktober 2024. Analisis data melibatkan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Perwira Bangsa Depok telah sesuai prosedur kurikulum merdeka. Gambaran umum implementasinya meliputi in-house training, kegiatan link and match, serta project penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5). Perencanaan mencakup pemahaman capaian pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, dan penyusunan modul ajar. Pelaksanaan menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning), pembelajaran terdiferensiasi, dan pendekatan student-centered. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan assessment formatif dan sumatif, termasuk ujian tulis dan lisan. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Perwira Bangsa Depok berjalan baik dengan memperhatikan semua aspek kurikulum. ABSTRACT The Independent Curriculum is the national curriculum in Indonesia that aims to support post-pandemic learning recovery and accelerate education to be on par with other countries. This curriculum is applied to all subjects, including culinary basics, especially in the Industrial Business Process element. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Perwira Bangsa Depok, focusing on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning the Culinary Industry Business Process. The method used is qualitative. Data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study from September to October 2024. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity testing using source and technique triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Perwira Bangsa Depok was in accordance with The Independent curriculum procedures. The implementation includes in- house training, link and match activities, and a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Planning includes understanding learning outcomes, learning objectives, and preparing teaching modules. Implementation uses project-based learning, differentiated learning, and a student-centered approach. Evaluation is carried out with formative and summative assessments, including written and oral exams. Overall, the implementation of The Independent Curriculum at SMK Perwira Bangsa Depok runs well by paying attention to all aspects of the curriculum.
